Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
この発明は、豚舎等の畜舎内に設けた畜糞受け
水平床上にて、畜糞と尿とを分離して、畜糞を搬
出傾斜床を経て搬出させるようにした畜舎におけ
る畜糞除去搬出装置に関するものである。
従来、尿と分離された糞を直ちに運搬車に移し
て外部に搬出させる為に、畜舎の底部に架設され
た簀の子状の踏床の下部に適宜間隙を隔てゝ、中
央に排尿溝を設けた各々V形断面の緩傾斜の糞尿
受床が設けられ、その糞尿受床の後側低所には、
これと交叉する尿溜溝が連設され、また、前記糞
尿受床の前側高所に、畜舎の外側に架設した比較
的急傾斜の糞排出床の低所が連設され、その糞排
出床の高所に設けられた排出口の下部に運搬車出
入空間が設けられ、また、前記糞尿受床及びこれ
に連設した糞排出床上に並行して移行するコンベ
ヤロープに吊設したスクレーパの下面によつて、
その糞尿受床面及び糞排出床面が摺擦されるよう
に設けられている家畜糞尿分離排出装置又は、互
に隔離の両側プレート間にわたした軸に左右のロ
ツカー部材を設け且つそれらロツカー部材にスク
レーパーブレードの両端部を夫々固定したクリー
ナーにおいて、スクレーパーブレードのフレーム
の一部としてブレードの長手方向に対し直角な仮
想平面内に位置する構成部材を備えしめ、該構成
部材をブレードの前後方向に延長すると共に、そ
の両端にウインチケーブル等の取付用具を設け、
更に前記構成部材の両端と前記両側ブレードの間
を横方向のフレーム要素でブレードが構成部材と
共にケーブルにより引張られる様に連結して成
り、何れかのピツトクリーナーのスクレーパーブ
レードを一時的に非活動位置に係止せしめ、その
間他のピツトクリーナーをして清掃行程に用い、
かくて一対の平行して隣接するピツトを順次全域
に亘り清掃させるようにした畜舎のピツトクリー
ナーが公知である。これ等従来装置では、豚舎等
の畜舎内に設けた畜糞受け水平床上にて、畜糞と
尿とを分離して畜糞を搬出傾斜床を経て搬出させ
ることは困難である問題点がある。
これに対して、この出願の発明は、畜糞除去排
出装置における除糞装置が移動枠に横架した支軸
の両側に、軸装された作動連結腕の各先端縁に、
前記水平床の傾斜受面と傾斜床の平坦面とが接す
ることによつて形成される隅角部に一致するよう
にV状に屈曲したスクレーパ板の両側縁が関着さ
れていることによつて、従来装置の問題点を解決
したものである。
以下、この出願の発明を図面について次に説明
する。
畜舎内の底部に設けた畜糞受け水平床1及び畜
糞搬出傾斜床2が連設され、これ等畜糞受け水平
床1及び畜糞搬出傾斜床2上に、畜糞を除去搬出
させる除糞装置3が、進退移動自在に設けられて
いて、その畜糞受け水平床1上は、長手方向両側
から中心に向つて傾斜受け床面4,4に形成され
ていると共に、畜糞搬出傾斜床2上は、平坦床面
5に形成され、これ等畜糞受け水平床1の傾斜受
面4,4の中央低所及び畜糞搬出傾斜床2の平坦
面5の中央に、夫々長手方向の細幅尿流下条溝
6,6′が連設され、その尿流下条溝6の下部開
口は、下側長手方向に敷設した排尿管8の上部開
口に連設され、前記尿流下条溝6′,6′内には、
前記排尿管8を掃除する掃除具9を吊下げた板1
0及び案内板11が嵌入され、その吊下げ板10
及び案内板11は、上部の牽引ロープ12にて前
後に牽引される移動枠13に吊設され、その移動
枠13に横架した支軸14の両側に、作動連結腕
15,15の基部16,16が軸装され、その作
動連結腕15,15の各先端縁17,17に、中
央部から両側に、前記水平床1の傾斜受面4,4
と傾斜床2の平坦面とが接することによつて形成
される隅角部37に合致するようにV状に屈曲し
たスクレーパ板18の両側縁19,19が関着2
0,20されて前記除糞装置3が構成され、前
記、移動枠13は、両側枠板21,21の対向内
側間に複数の支持桟枠22,22……が横架連結
されて成り、その前後の支持桟枠22,22……
と前記牽引ロープ12の前後下側23,24と

7′,28′にて連結され、また、前記スクレーパ
板18の裏面中途29と、前記牽引ロープ12の
後下側24とが、中途を案内プーリ30,31に
て案内された吊下げロープ32にて連結され、ま
た、前記牽引ロープ12には、これを進退させる
駆動装置33が連結されていると共に、前記畜糞
受け水平床1及び畜糞搬出傾斜床2は畜舎内両側
に並列して設けられ、その上部に、前記牽引ロー
プ12が途中案内プーリ34,34……に案内さ
れて連続して架設され、その牽引ロープ12に
は、これを進退させる駆動装置33が連結され、
又、前記畜糞受け水平床1の上部に簀の子状有孔
便所床35が架設されている。
図面において、7は排尿ピツト、36は前記畜
糞搬出傾斜床2の上端縁に設けた搬出口を示す。
この発明においては、第8図矢印のように牽引
ロープを牽引すると、前部の連鎖が緊張し、後部
の連鎖が弛緩して移動枠を前進させ、これに伴つ
て後部の吊下げロープが弛み、その為に、作動連
結腕の先端縁の関着軸を支点として、スクレーパ
板は自重にて回動し、その下端縁が畜糞水平受け
床面に摺接し、前進につれて、畜糞をスクレーパ
板にて掻き取り、除去し、これを畜糞搬出傾斜床
に送り、これから外部に搬出されるもので、この
際畜糞水平受け床上の糞尿中の尿は尿流下条溝か
ら下部の排尿管中の流下し、畜糞のみがスクレー
パ板にて掻取り除去される。
また、牽引ロープの後退時には、第11図に示
すように、後部の連鎖が緊張し、前部の連鎖が弛
緩して移動枠が後退すると共に、吊上げロープが
緊張してスクレーパを作動連結腕の先端の関着軸
を支点として回動させ、その下縁を畜糞水平受け
床面から離して移動枠の後退に支障が起きないよ
うにする。
この出願の発明によれば、スクレーパ板18
が、水平床1と傾斜床2との交点附近でも、床面
に密接に摺接することができることになるので、
水平床上にて、畜糞と尿とに分離された畜糞のみ
を搬出傾斜床を経て円滑有効に搬出させることが
