Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
この発明は天井面に竿縁が突設されたいわゆる
竿縁天井に関する。従来の竿縁天井は、吊木に取
付けられた野縁に天井板を複数枚並べて取付け、
この天井板の下面に細い断面矩形の角材を固定し
て構成するか、又は断面をT形に加工した野縁の
両側片に天井板を固定して構成するかいずれかで
あつたがこれらの構成は、各部材の固定に手間が
かゝり又天井板を下から突き上げたときの強度が

平板でこの水平板1の一側端に上方に開口する条
溝2を形成する断面コ字形の長尺体3の対向する
一方の側片4を連設し、かつ上記条溝2の他方の
側片5側が深さ方向に末広がりに形成して天井板
6を構成している。こゝでこの天井板6の条溝2
を構成する外側片5の内面に断面直角三角形の角
材の直角を挾む一辺を接着固定して上記条溝2の
外側片5側が深さ方向に末広がりに形成してい
る。なお、水平板1の一側端に上方に開口する条
溝2を形成する断面コ字形の長尺体3の対向する
一方の側片4を連設した天井板6の基体は、薄肉
の突板7を複数枚接着層8と交互に積載して被圧
体とし、これを成形金型で加熱加圧して得られ
る。なお、天井板6の材質は木質に制限するもの
ではなく合成樹脂材料、無機質材料、金属材料そ

ビス孔16にねじ込むことにより吊木20の下端
に予め固着した係止具9を、長尺体3の条溝2に
差し込み90゜回転させ(第3図は回転させた状態
を示す)、一方の天井板6の長尺体3の外側片5
と他方の天井板6の水平板1とを挟持することに
より固着し、吊木20の上端を構造体(図示せ
ず)に固定し、自重で天井板6が垂れ下がるのを
防ぐ、ここで、係止具9の舌片13は外側片5の
傾斜内側面に当接しており、係止具9の条溝2か
らの離脱を防止する。また、切り起し片17は水
平板1の上面に差し込まれて係止具9の水平板1

体3を上記切欠19に嵌合すると共に水平板1を
回縁18の上面に載置し、相隣る天井板6,6の
一方の天井板6の長尺体3の外側片5上に他方の
天井板6の水平板1を載置すると共に、上記係止
具9の傾斜舌片13と上側水平片14で一方の天
井板6の長尺体3の外側片5内面と他方の天井板
6の水平板1上面とを挟持し、且つ、係止具9を
吊木固定用の立上り片15を介して吊木20に固
定することにより相隣る天井板6,6を吊木20
に保持したことを特徴とするので、長尺体3で構
成される竿縁は天井板6の施工と同時に構成さ
れ、且つ、竿縁と天井板6との間は係止具9の挟
持により隙間が生じず仕上がりも良い竿縁天井を

嵌合すると共に水平板1を回縁18の上面に載置

挾持し、且つ、係止具9を吊木固定用の立上り片
15を介して吊木20に固定することにより相隣
る天井板6,6を吊木20に保持したことを特徴
