面に付着して、所謂スピツトとよばれる悪影響を

本発明は上記実情に鑑みなされたものである。
即ち、本発明は粉体塗装用スプレーガンに於てバ
ツフルに粉体塗料粒子が付着堆積することのない
ようバツフルの周縁に向け付着防止用の圧縮空気
を噴出させるようにすると共に、該圧縮空気の量
を調整出来るよう構成し同時に噴出パターンの調
整をも行いうるようにしたものである。

ノズル6の中央にはラツパ口10を設け圧縮空気
を噴出しパターン開きを行なわしめる如くしてな
り、該ラツパ口10の基端はエアー通路5に連通
してなる。

空気量を調整することによりパターン調整が自在
に出来、被塗装物の大きさ、形状にあつた塗装条
件を選べる等の効果を奏するものである。
