The accumulated powder paint particles are separated from the baffle by vibrations and ejected powder air flow during the painting operation, and adhere to the surface of the object to be painted, causing an adverse effect called spitting on the painted surface.

That is, the present invention provides a spray gun for powder coating in which compressed air for preventing adhesion is ejected toward the periphery of the baffle so that powder paint particles do not adhere to and accumulate on the baffle, and the compressed air The structure is such that the amount of water can be adjusted, and at the same time, the jetting pattern can also be adjusted.
以下、本発明を実施例の図面について説明すれ

A spit prevention nozzle 6 connected to the baffle 1 is attached, and the spout 7 of the nozzle 6 is directed in the circumferential direction of the baffle 1.

Powder particles force-fed through the powder passage 4 are dispersed along the streamline section 1b of the buttful 1 from the powder spout 8, and the dispersed powder particles advance toward the object to be coated. , some of the powder particles try to turn into a vortex and go around the wide-diverging front part 1a of the Batsuful 1,
Compressed air is ejected toward the periphery of the baffle 1 from the jet port 7 of the nozzle 6 disposed in the center of the wide front face 1a, so that the flow of powder is changed to an outward flow, and the flow of the powder is changed to an outward flow. This can prevent powder particles from adhering to the surface.

In this case, the spit prevention nozzle 6 disposed in the center of the buffle 1 has a conical part 6a at its base, and a slit 9 along the conical part 6a is inserted between the baffle 1. The jetting direction of the compressed air is controlled by the contact flange portion 6b which is interposed between the baffle 1 and disposed in front of the diverging front surface 1a of the buffful 1.
The base end of the slit 9 is connected to the air passage 5. Further, a flap opening 10 is provided at the center of the spit prevention nozzle 6 to blow out compressed air to open the pattern, and the base end of the flap opening 10 communicates with the air passage 5.

In this case, the adhesion of powder particles to the front surface of the baffle 1 is similarly prevented by jetting out compressed air from the slit 9 in the nozzle 6 disposed at the center of the buffle 1.

件を選べる等の効果を奏するものである。 As described above, by providing the spit prevention nozzle in the center of the baffle with a slit that opens toward the periphery, it is possible to wipe out the adhesion and accumulation of powder particles on the front surface of the baffle, and in turn, to prevent the particles from being deposited on the object to be coated. There is no risk of spitting on the surface, and the pattern can be adjusted freely by adjusting the amount of compressed air ejected, and the coating conditions can be selected to suit the size and shape of the object to be coated. .
