シリンダーベンドにそれぞれシリンダー軸からの
距離を調節し得るようにグラインデイングブラケ
ツトを設けると共に該ブラケツトの頂部に案内レ
ール取付座を形成し、内側に比較的長くしたフラ
ツトバー背面案内レール部材を設け、且つ該案内
レール部材の上部にはフラツトバーの端部通過隙
間を形成してフラツトバー腹面位置規制ブロツク
を取り付け、そのほぼ中央フラツト磨針位置に、
フラツトバーの背面側を押し上げて腹面側を前記
位置規制ブロツクの下面へ押圧する押上装置を貫

ラケツトのみを示し、第5図は第4図の右側面を
示すと共にフラツトバー1を配置を示した正面
図、第6図は第5図の一部破断平面図で磨針装置
を配置して示す。第7図は第5図の一部を拡大し
た反対側後面図、第8図及び第9図は第7図の切
断線−及び−の矢印方向断面図である。
これらの図において、前記ブラケツト5はシリン
ダーベンド取付側平板部5dとL字型屈曲部5b
と頂部に案内レール取付座8を形成すると共にそ

に余裕をもつて通過するような隙間11aを形成
する。尚台座11にはその中央部に段部11bを
形成し、受座ブロツク12の頂面にも同じような
段部12aを形成する。そして段部11bとして
は後述するフラツトバー位置検知手段の接触子配
置とし、段部12aはフラツト針2の高さ面より
も低くして前記磨針研削部材の逃げ部として形成

Claims (1)
ールを、両側シリンダーベンドに取り付けたブラ
ケツトに担持させて設け、該案内レールに沿つて
梳綿機に取り付けたままのフラツトの針先若しく
は針側面を研削する研磨装置を往復させる様にし
た磨針手段に適用する前記案内レール支持ブラケ
ツトであつて、シリンダーベンドにそれぞれシリ
ンダー軸からの取付距離を調節し得る様に設ける
と共に頂部に案内レール取付座を形成し、内側に
比較的長くしたフラツトバー背面案内レール部材
を設け、且つ該案内レール部材の上部にはフラツ
トバーの端部通過隙間を形成してフラツトバー腹
面位置規制ブロツクを取り付け、案内レール部材
のほぼ中央フラツト磨針位置に、フラツトバーの
背面側を押し上げて腹面側を前記位置規制ブロツ
クの下面へ押圧する押上装置を貫通させて設けた
ことを特徴とするフラツト磨針用レール取付ブラ
ケツト。1. A guide rail parallel to the cylinder axis is provided at the top of the carding machine, supported by brackets attached to the cylinder bends on both sides.
