In addition, there were products whose surfaces were covered with a synthetic resin layer for rust prevention, etc., but since the synthetic resin sheet was attached to the surface with an adhesive, there was a problem that it was easy to peel off. On the other hand, in the case of a long object with a uniform cross section, it may be continuously extruded, but in the case of a metal plate that has a notch and the cross-sectional shape differs depending on the cross-sectional position, it is easy to extrude. There was no technology to coat synthetic resin with a structured extrusion molding machine.

To provide a method for manufacturing an eaves gutter holder which can be made and in which the synthetic resin layer is integrated with a metal plate and there is no fear of peeling.

Continuously covering the synthetic resin layer 3,
The metal plate 2 is then cut to a certain size and the synthetic resin layer 3 filled in the eaves gutter holding part 1 is removed to open the eave gutter holding part. The above objective has been achieved.

A is an eaves gutter holder, in which the eave gutter holding part 1 is cut out in a substantially U-shape, and a metal plate 2 such as an iron plate with a plurality of nail holes 4 drilled on one side is coated with polyvinyl chloride or polyethylene on both the front and back sides. , coated with a synthetic resin layer 3 such as polypropylene. The side part of the eaves gutter receiver A where the nail hole 4 is located is bent approximately 90 degrees to form a mounting fixing part 5. Thus, the mounting fixing part 5 is fixed to the nose plate 7 of the eaves with nails 6, and the eaves gutter 8 is fitted into the eaves gutter holding part 1 from above. In addition, when fixing the eave gutter holder A to rafters etc., the mounting fixing part 5
does not need to be bent.

The eave gutter holding parts 1 and the nail holes 4 are cut out or perforated at a certain pitch in advance in a band-shaped metal plate 2 using a punching device (not shown), and this band-shaped metal plate 2 is
is continuously fed into an extrusion molding machine 9 to coat the front and back surfaces of the metal plate 2 with a synthetic resin layer 3, and then the metal plate 2 is cut into a certain size and the synthetic resin layer 3 is applied to the eaves gutter holding part 1. The eave gutter receiver A is formed by cutting out the mounting and fixing part 5 and bending it as necessary.
Alternatively, after coating both sides of the band-shaped metal plate 2 with the synthetic resin layer 3 using the extrusion molding machine 9, the eave gutter holding portion 1 and the nail holes 4 are cut or punched in the metal plate 2 and the synthetic resin layer 3 using a punching device. You can also do it. Note that the exposed portion of the metal plate 2 at the cut location may be subjected to anti-rust treatment.

This has the advantage of reducing production time and labor per piece, lowering production costs, and improving production efficiency. Moreover, the eaves gutter holding parts are formed by cutting a strip-shaped metal plate into a substantially U-shape at regular intervals, and then this strip-shaped metal plate is fed into an extrusion molding machine to form a continuous synthetic resin layer on both the front and back surfaces. After that, the synthetic resin layer filled in the eaves gutter holding part is cut out to open the eave gutter holding part, so that the eave gutter holding part is cut out in a substantially U-shape at regular pitches. This method has the advantage that it is possible to continuously extrude a long metal plate that does not have a uniform cross-sectional shape. That is, the present invention molds a synthetic resin into the entire insert body including the notched portion, and then removes the synthetic resin at a portion corresponding to the notched portion to produce an irregularly shaped product (not an irregularly shaped product in cross section). , whose cross-sectional shape differs along the longitudinal direction) can be continuously extruded, and in addition,
Since the notched portion is also coated (filled) with resin, there is an advantage that no specially constructed mold or extrusion molding machine is required. Furthermore, since the synthetic resin layer is integrally molded with the metal plate by extrusion molding, there is no risk of peeling, and there is an advantage that the synthetic resin layer can have any thickness depending on the purpose.
