【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は牛受精卵を子宮に移植するための牛用
受精卵移植器である。

牛の受精卵を移植するために従来用いられてい
る器具は、一般に牛用人工授精器を応用したもの
であり、受精卵を無菌的に且子宮内膜を刺激する
事無く子宮角深部へ注入するには限界があり、受
胎率が低くこの欠点を補正した受精卵移植器が関
係分野に於いて待望されていた。

本発明の目的は牛受精卵移植による受胎率を向
上させるために、受精卵を無菌的に且子宮内膜を
刺激する事無しに子宮角深部へ注入する事のでき
る器具を提供する事である。

本発明に拠る器具は、先端を充填して丸めた二
重構造パイプの内側パイプの先端部側面に柔軟性
のあるチユーブが通過する小孔を貫設し、小孔を

次に図面を参照して本発明の実施例を説明す
る。第１図で示すように牛の子宮は子宮頚管１、
子宮体２及び子宮角３より成つており、子宮角は
途中で湾曲して腹腔内に下行するため、受精卵移
植器４を子宮に挿入する場合子宮角の湾曲部まで
進める事ができる。

第２図に示すように外側パイプ５を手前にスラ
イドさせて内側パイプの小孔６を開き、第３図に
示すように培養液とともに吸引された受精卵７を
含む柔軟性のあるチユーブ８を推進させる事によ
つて腹腔内に下行した子宮角に沿つてチユーブが
挿入され、チユーブ後端に接続された注射器９で
空気を送れば無菌的に且子宮内膜を刺激する事無
しに受精卵を子宮角深部に注入する事ができるの
で高い受胎率の受精卵移植が可能となる。

- １ 先端を充填して丸めた二重構造パイプの内側
パイプの先端部側面に柔軟性のあるチユーブの通
過する小孔を貫設し、小孔をスライド式の外側パ
イプで被覆した構造を特徴とする牛用受精卵移植
器。
