し渣が停滞しあふれてしまい、脱水機能が無くな
る。そして、搬出機能を停止させる問題がある。
また、し渣中に大きな石片・木片等の障害物が混
入していた時には、油圧シリンダーによつて上部
ローラ3あるいは、下部ローラ4が逃げて障害物
を排出する機構となつているため、し渣を脱水し

ハウジング7には、デイスタンスピース19を介
して通しボルト20を締め付ける。前記ロータ軸
8の一端をサイドハウジング5の外側に突出し

た回転式連続し渣脱水機において、ほぼペリトロ
コイド曲面を形成するシユートを揺動装置を介し
て取付台に設け、該シユートの上方には偏心カム
を有するロータ軸をサイドハウジングに軸支して
設け、前記偏心カムにはほぼペリトロコイドの内
包絡線が画く曲面を有するロータを回転自在に外
嵌して設け、このロータが偏心カムを中心に自転
すると共にロータ軸を中心に公転する如く連動装
置を設けたことを特徴とする連続式し渣脱水機。 2 ロータの側面にこれと同心にロータ歯車を設
け、このロータ歯車と噛み合う固定歯車をロータ
軸と同心にサイドハウジングに固着したことを特
