Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 1, air for cooling the equipment 2 of the vehicle 1 is taken into a room 4 where the equipment 2 is installed through an air filter 3 provided on the side of the vehicle 1, and then sent to a blower. Therefore, air was being blown to equipment 2. However, depending on the type of device 2, there are some devices that can allow dust to enter and only need to remove large particles, and in this case, there is no need to take in air through the air filter 3. In such a case, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, an air intake 7 with a wire mesh 6 attached to the underframe 5 of the vehicle 1 is provided to remove large garbage,
For example, you can let in air while preventing paper scraps and dead branches from entering. The air taken into the vehicle 1 is blown to the equipment 2 by a blower 8, cools the equipment 2, and then is discharged to the outside of the vehicle from an exhaust port 9 on the roof.
However, in this case, the wire mesh 6 is located at the back from the underside of the underframe 5, and there is only one piece of wire mesh, so if the wire mesh 6 becomes clogged with paper scraps, air will not be immediately supplied into the vehicle 1. gone,
There is a drawback that the blower 8 may be damaged or the equipment 2 may be burnt out, making it impossible to drive the vehicle 1.

The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks, prevents damage to the blower and burnout of cooled equipment due to clogging of the air intake, and eliminates the inhalation and accumulation of dust from the ground, thereby improving vehicle operation. The purpose is to prevent accidents that may occur.

In Figures 3, 4, 5, and 6, 10 is a vehicle, and an air intake 1 is provided on the floor 11 of this vehicle 10.
2 is provided. A cooled device 13 is installed above the air intake 12, and this cooled device 13
Between the air intake port 12 and the air intake port 12, the air taken in from the air intake port 12 is connected to the equipment to be cooled 13.
A blower 14 is provided to blow air. Said floor 11
consists of an upper floor 15 and a lower floor 16, and the upper floor 15 and lower floor 16 are connected by a connecting plate 17. The outer wire of a wire mesh 18 is fixed to the inner surface of the connecting plate 17 to prevent paper scraps and the like from entering the vehicle 10 through the air intake port 12. An upper end portion of a frame body 19 whose lower end portion vertically projects downward is attached to the lower floor 16 around the opening of the air intake port 12. A plurality of bolts 2 are installed on four side surfaces of the frame body 19 so that a wire mesh 20 covers this.
Attached by 1. A bottom plate 23 is attached to the bottom of the frame 19 by a plurality of bolts 22 to cover the entire bottom and prevent dust from being directly sucked up from the ground. in this way,
Since the wire mesh 20 and the bottom plate 23 are detachably attached to the frame 19 with bolts 21 and 22, respectively, it is easy to attach and remove them, and the wire mesh 18 and 20 are also easy to clean. This also makes inspection easier.

次に本発明の作用について説明する。 Next, the operation of the present invention will be explained.

Assume that the vehicle 10 is currently running. At this time, the blower 14 sucks air from the air intake port 12 and blows this air to the equipment 13 to be cooled. At this time, if paper scraps, dead branches, etc. fly up and adhere to the outside of the wire mesh 20, the area for taking in air becomes narrower by the amount covered by the paper scraps. However, since the wire mesh 20 has four sides,
Air continues to be drawn in and cooled equipment 13
will not burn out.

In addition, in the above-mentioned embodiment, the wire mesh 20 is connected to the frame 19.
Although it is provided on all four sides, the same purpose can be achieved with two or three sides. Moreover, although the frame is assumed to form a tetrahedron, it may be made to form a cylindrical body. Furthermore, the present invention also provides the lower end of the frame 19 and the bottom plate 23.
A spacing piece 24 having a thickness of 10 to 20 mm is interposed between the two and a gap 25 is formed between the lower end of the wire mesh 20 attached to the frame body 19 and the bottom plate 23. In this way, dust accumulated on the bottom plate 23 can be scattered when the vehicle 10 travels.

As explained above, according to the present invention, even if paper scraps or the like adhere to the wire mesh, air can be taken in through the remaining wire mesh, and the blower will not be damaged or the equipment to be cooled will not be burnt out. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the vehicle from becoming inoperable due to clogging of the air intake port. In addition, since it protrudes below the floor of the vehicle, it is easy to detect adhesion of paper waste, etc., and it is possible to prevent accidents due to clogging.

さらにまた、底板の存在により地上の粉塵の吸

Furthermore, the existence of the bottom plate reduces the suction of dust on the ground, reducing the adhesion of dust to cooled equipment, and since there is a gap above the bottom plate, the dust accumulated on the bottom plate can be removed by the wind while the vehicle is running. Furthermore, since the wire mesh can be attached to and removed from the frame, there are advantages such as easier maintenance and inspection.
