Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本願は、抄造、脱水が終つた付簀を(以下簀と
称す)を把持し、乾燥機の支持枠に自動的に簀を
挿着する簀の装着方法とその把持装置に係り、供
給される簀を確実に緊張把持し、この緊張状態を
保持したままで確実に支持枠に挿着せんとするも
のである。

支され、軸受11に取付けたカムレバー13先端
のカムフオーロワ14がカム板15に当接してい
る。又上記主軸12には簀17の把持手段16が
取付けられる。したがつて前記の如くにして往復
動体2が往復すると軸受11は、カム板15に当
接しているカムレバー13により所定角度の回動
を行い、この回動により主軸12も回動し第1図
に実線にて示す把持位置16Aにあつた把持手段
16は仮想線にて示す挿着位置16Bに揺動し、
把持位置16Aにて把持した簀17を支持枠9に
挿着し、往復動体2の復動により把持手段16も
把持位置16Aに復帰する。尚把持手段16は本
出願人が先に出願した特開昭53−50379号「海苔
簀把持装置の振分け移動装置」において詳細に説
明したように、取付スペースの問題を解決するた
め一個の把持手段16で支持枠9の隣り合つてい
る二個の取付枠9A,9Bに交互に簀17を挿着
するようになつており、一挿着動作毎に主軸12
を摺動させ把持手段16に振り分け作動を行わせ
ているが、該振り分け作動は本願に直接関係ない
ので、振り分け機構等の詳細な説明は省略する。
又18は支持枠9のバツクアツプ装置であるがそ
の詳細は後述する。

係合するので、ナツト29による押し上げが開放
されても爪擺動規制部材33は、復帰ばね40の
ばね力により旧に復することがなく第6図の状態

17の把持は最初爪擺動規制部材33の回動につ
れてゆるやかに、所謂じんわりと云つた状態で簀
杆17aの間に入り込みストツパー41と把持爪
43との当接が開放されると、把持ばね45のば
ね力により強い力で瞬間的に確実に先端爪部43
aの全部が入り込み簀17を強固に把持する。尚
この時簀17は押圧面35aと簀受板30との間
に挾圧されているので把持に伴ない把持ばね45
のばね力の多少の影響は受けるが完全な張力は付
与されていない。このように確実な把持が完了す
ると、押上装置21は降下して押圧面35aと簀
受板30とによる簀17の挾圧は開放されるの
で、把持爪43は把持ばね45のばね力により更
に少しく外側即ち簀17を引伸す方向に擺動し、
把持した簀17に適度の張力を付与する(第7
図)。上記より明らかなように本願把持装置にお
ける簀17の把持は、三段階に分かれており急激
に把持して簀17に張力を与える事がないので、
簀17の把持が確実であるばかりでなく簀17に
展着している抄海苔を痛める事がない。尚本実施
例において、爪枠35に枢着した擺動規制軸36
の一端に回動片42を設け、該回動片42を押し
上げるようにしているが、回動片42を使用する
事なく直接許容片37を押し上げるようにしても
本願の目的を達し得る。又実施例は把持爪43に
取付けられたストツパー46を爪擺動規制軸36
に当てるようにしているが、これも実施例に限定
されるものでなく爪枠35にストツパーを設け、
該ストツパーに把持爪43が当たるようにしても
良く、要するに待機位置において第3図に示す条
件を満たす状態であればその構成形状を問わな
い。

爪復帰部材47の押上面48が押し上げられ、第
9図において時計方向に少しく回動して係止片3
9との係合が開放され、爪擺動規制部材33が復
帰ばね40のばね力により急速に待機位置に復帰
し、これによつて当然に把持爪43も旧に復する
ので簀杆17aの間に嵌入していた爪部43aは
瞬間的に簀杆17aの間から抜き取られ、今迄把
持爪43にて適度の張力を持つて把持されていた
簀17は、その張力を保持した状態のままで掛爪
9Dに挿着引渡される。このように本願における
簀17の挿着はまず最初に簀杆17の間に掛爪9
Dを浅く嵌入させ、その後押圧面35aにて押し
つけることにより確実に掛爪9Dに簀17を刺し
込み、刺し込みが終つた瞬間に把持爪43を引き
抜き、しかも引き抜きを行う際に簀17は押圧面
35aと支持枠9との間に挾圧されているので、
引き抜きのシヨツクで一度刺し込まれた簀17が
抜け出し脱落するおそれがない。以上のようにし
て簀17の挿着が終ると往復動体2が復動し、把
持手段16は旧位置に復帰して次に簀17が押し
上げられて来るのを待機する。

枠に枢支され、復帰ばねの作用を司る爪復帰部材
を掛爪に押し付け、復帰ばねによつて擺動してい
る把持爪を急速に逆回させ、爪部を簀杆の間から
