Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
この発明は医療用カメラ装置に関する。
従来の医療用カメラはエンドスコープの先端に
光学系と照明手段が設けられ後端部にカメラが取
り付けられこのエンドスコープを体腔内に挿入し
後端のカメラにより体腔内を撮像するように構成
されている。このような医療用カメラであるとエ
ンドスコープを体腔に挿入するとき患者に吐気な
どの不快感を与える。

従つてこの発明の目的は患者の不快感を軽減す
るため患者に飲み込めるカプセル状超小型カメラ
とこのカメラを外部から制御する装置とで構成さ
れる医療用カメラ装置を提供することである。

以下図面を参照してこの発明の実施例を説明す
る。

第1図及び2図に示すようにカプセル状超小型
カメラ11は両端に永久磁石12が取り付けられ
たカプセル状外囲器13を有する。この外囲器1
3の内部にはコイル14が設けられている。外囲
器13の外壁の一部に照明手段例えばランプ15
が外囲器の外へ光を導くように取り付けられる。
更にこの外囲器13にはランプ15に隣接してレ
ンズ16が取り付けられる。このレンズ16の直
下には電磁シヤツタ装置17のシヤツタ板17a
が設けられている。このシヤツタ板17aは定常
時にはスプリング17bによつてシヤツタ閉塞状
態に保持され作動時には電磁石17cにより吸引
されシヤツタを開放するように取り付けられてい
る。この電磁シヤツタ装置17の下方にはフイル
ム18が収納されるフイルム収納体19が設けら
れている。このフイルム収納体19には底部にス
プリング19aが設けられこのスプリングにより
フイルム18が上方へ押し上げられる。フイルム
18の先端には突出片18aが設けられており、
この突出片18aにフイルム送り出し部材20の
先端が係合しこのフイルム送り出し部材20がシ
ヤツタ板17aと連動して動くときに撮影済みの
フイルムをフイルム収納体19の外に送り出す。
カメラ11は両端に永久磁石12が取り付けられ
たカプセル状外囲器13を有する。この外囲器1
3の内部にはコイル14が設けられている。外囲
器13の外壁の一部に照明手段例えばランプ15
が外囲器の外へ光を導くように取り付けられる。
更にこの外囲器13にはランプ15に隣接してレ
ンズ16が取り付けられる。このレンズ16の直
下には電磁シヤツタ装置17のシヤツタ板17a
が設けられている。このシヤツタ板17aは定常
時にはスプリング17bによつてシヤツタ閉塞状
態に保持され作動時には電磁石17cにより吸引
されシヤツタを開放するように取り付けられてい
る。この電磁シヤツタ装置17の下方にはフイル
ム18が収納されるフイルム収納体19が設けら
れている。このフイルム収納体19には底部にス
プリング19aが設けられこのスプリングにより
フイルム18が上方へ押し上げられる。フイルム
18の先端には突出片18aが設けられており、
この突出片18aにフイルム送り出し部材20の
先端が係合しこのフイルム送り出し部材20がシ
ヤツタ板17aと連動して動くときに撮影済みの
フイルムをフイルム収納体19の外に送り出す。
他方、磁界発生装置21は一対の電磁石装置2
2a,22bとこれら電磁石装置に励磁電流を供
給する励磁電流源23とで構成されている。

以上のように超小型カメラ11と磁界発生装置
21とで構成される医療用カメラシステムを用い
て例えば、胃の内部の写真をとろうとする場合、
まず、カプセル状超小型カメラ11を患者に飲み
込んでもらい次に磁界発生装置21の一対の電磁
石装置22a,22bが第3図に示すように体の
外側から胃を挾むように配設される。この状態で
励磁電流源23から電磁石装置22a,22bに
励磁電流が供給されると一対の電磁石装置22
a,22b間に磁界が形成される。この磁界は超
小型カメラ11の永久磁石12に作用し、カメラ
を磁界の作用する方向に移動させる。従つて、一
対の磁界発生装置の位置を適正に調整することに
よりカメラを胃の中の任意の個所へ移動させるこ
とができる。カメラを所望位置に固定したならば
カメラのランプ15を点灯させシヤツタ板17a
を開放させる。このような撮影動作に入る場合に
は電磁石装置22a,22bに供給する励磁電流
を増加させ磁界の強さ即ち磁束を増大させる。磁
束が増大するとカメラのコイル14は△φ/△tに比例 した電流を誘起する。このコイル14にはランプ
14と電磁シヤツタ装置の電磁コイル17cとが
直列に接続されているのでコイル14は点灯し電
磁コイル17cは付勢されたシヤツタ板17aを
吸引しシヤツタを開放させる。シヤツタが開放す
るとランプ15によつて照明された胃壁の像がレ
ンズ16によつてフイルム18に結像される。こ
のフイルム18の露光時間は第4図に示すように
磁束φ2からφ3に変化するまでの時間t2−t3に
よつて決められる。

励磁電流源23から電磁石装置22a,22bに
励磁電流が供給されると一対の電磁石装置22
a,22b間に磁界が形成される。この磁界は超
小型カメラ11の永久磁石12に作用し、カメラ
を磁界の作用する方向に移動させる。従つて、一
対の磁界発生装置の位置を適正に調整することに
よりカメラを胃の中の任意の個所へ移動させるこ
とができる。カメラを所望位置に固定したならば
カメラのランプ15を点灯させシヤツタ板17a
を開放させる。このような撮影動作に入る場合に
は電磁石装置22a,22bに供給する励磁電流
を増加させ磁界の強さ即ち磁束を増大させる。磁
束が増大するとカメラのコイル14は△φ/△tに比例 した電流を誘起する。このコイル14にはランプ
14と電磁シヤツタ装置の電磁コイル17cとが
直列に接続されているのでコイル14は点灯し電
磁コイル17cは付勢されたシヤツタ板17aを
吸引しシヤツタを開放させる。シヤツタが開放す
るとランプ15によつて照明された胃壁の像がレ
ンズ16によつてフイルム18に結像される。こ
のフイルム18の露光時間は第4図に示すように
磁束φ2からφ3に変化するまでの時間t2−t3に
よつて決められる。
以上のようにこの発明によれば超小型カメラを
飲み込むだけで患者に殆ど苦痛なく体腔内の撮影
が外部操作によつておこなうことができる。

第5図のカメラでは外囲器25の両端に極性が
同一方向となるように永久磁石26a,26bが
配設されている。この外囲器25に設けられるラ
ンプ15及びレンズ16は外囲器より引つ込んだ
位置に配設される。このような構造のカメラを用
いると体腔内でカメラの永久磁石のS極が体腔壁
に引き付けられランプ15及びレンズ16が体腔
壁に密着することはなく近接写真がとれる。

配設されている。この外囲器25に設けられるラ
ンプ15及びレンズ16は外囲器より引つ込んだ
位置に配設される。このような構造のカメラを用
いると体腔内でカメラの永久磁石のS極が体腔壁
に引き付けられランプ15及びレンズ16が体腔
壁に密着することはなく近接写真がとれる。
第6図のカメラの場合には、永久磁石28が外
囲器27の中央部に設けられている。この場合も
ランプ15及びレンズ16は外囲器27より引つ
込んだ位置に設けられる。

第7図の実施例ではレンズ及び電磁シヤツタ装
置を設けず外囲器29にランプ15とピンホール
30とが設けられている。この実施例では光源即
ちランプ15の光量を調節することによりピンホ
ール30を介した体腔像がフイルム18に結像さ
れる。

Claims (1)
- 1 磁界を発生する磁界発生装置と、体腔内に入
れられ、前記磁界発生装置の磁界によつて制御さ
れる医療用カメラとで構成される医療用カメラ装
置において、前記医療用カメラは永久磁石が取付
けられた外囲器と、この外囲器内に設けられ、前
記磁界発生器の磁界の作用により起電力を生じる
コイルと、このコイルの起電力によつて点灯さ
れ、体腔内を照明する照明手段と、前間外囲器内
に設けられ、フイルムを収納するフイルム収納部
材と、前記照明手段により照明される体腔の像を
前記フイルム収納部材のフイルムに結像する光学
系と、この光学系と前記フイルムとの間に設けら
れ、前記コイルの起電力によつて作動される電磁
シヤツタとで構成されることを特徴とする医療用
カメラ装置。
