Description
本発明は、肩こり、腰痛、筋肉痛、神経痛等の
治療のために供する新規な皮膚当接用治療片に関
する。
人体は電気の極超微小粒の凝集体で、その各部
の細胞は一定の電位を有し、患部はその電位が異
常になつていてその電位を調整すると、治療効果
があることが知られている。
一方、原子番号32のゲルマニウムは、32個の電
子を有する原子で、その32個の電子のうち一番外
側の4個の電子は環境次第でその一部が飛出し
て、そこに電位の正孔が生じ、残つた外側の電子
がバランスを失い周囲より他の電子を取込むとい
う性質があることが知られている。
本発明は、このような事実に着目して、ゲルマ
ニウムが人体の電位に対して何等かの影響を及ぼ
すのではないかと考え、ゲルマニウム結晶体を肩
こり、腰痛、筋肉痛、神経痛等の患部、特にそれ
等に関して東洋医学の良導絡理論でいわれる経路
経穴に当接して用いるという多くの人体臨床実験
を試みることにより、これ等が短規間で治瘉する
ことを発見した。そして更にゲルマニウム結晶体
と磁石とを組合せて前記同様に用いたところ、そ
の治療効果が一層顕著であることを発見した。
このような著効があることの生化学的、電子学
的機構は未だ明解にされていない、しかしゲルマ
ニウム金属は人体温度(36℃)で易動度が一層高
められ、この電子と、人体患部の電子との間に電
子交換が行われて患部の電位が調整され、しかも
患部に対する磁気作用によつて血行がよくなると
いう両者の相乗効果が奏するものと推察される。
本発明の構成を図示実施態様に基いて説明する
と、以下、の通りである。
図において、1は円板状に形成した本発明の治
療片で、第1図、第2図に示すように、中央部に
ゲルマニウム結晶体層2を、且つその外側部に連
接してフエライト磁石、アルニコ磁石、アアース
磁石(商品名レアネツト)等の永久磁石層3を配
置してある。また、第3図、第4図に示す本発明
の治療片1は、中央部に前記永久磁石層3を、且
つその外側部に連接して前記ゲルマニウム結晶体
層2を配置してある。また、第5図、第6図に示
す本発明の治療片1は、ゲルマニウム結晶体層2
と前記永久磁石層3とを上下に一体に重合してあ
る。
治療片1は、厚さ0.05〜3mm、皮膚当接面積
1.75〜785mm2、好ましくは厚さ0.5〜1.5mm、皮膚当
接接面積490mm2である。
なお、図示してないが、治療片1の皮膚非当接
面には他の金属、合成樹脂等の補強層を一体に形
成しても、さらにゲルマニウム結晶体層2は、単
結晶の何れでも、また純粋のゲルマニウムに+3
又は+5の原子価をつけ加えたP型またはN型の
不純物を含む半導体でもよい。
叙上のような構成を有する本発明治療片は、人
体の所望部位、特に東洋医学の良導絡理論でいわ
れる経路経穴にゲルマニウム結晶体層が接するよ
うに当てて絆創こうで装着するものであり、かく
すると、既述のように肩こり、腰痛、筋肉痛、神
経痛等が治瘉するものである。しかも本発明治療
片は、比較的簡単に製造することができる等の効
果があり、画期的な治療用具として斯界に稗益す
るところ多大である。
次に、この発明の実施例およびその臨床実験例
を挙げる。
実施例
第1図に示すような治療片1で、その中央に、
径2.7mmのゲルマニウム結晶体層2を有し、その
周縁に4.3mmの幅でフエライト磁石層3を有し、
且つその厚さが0.5〜1.5mm、皮膚当接面積490mm2
のものを製造した。
臨床実験例
実施例の治療片1を、株式会社フジモト販売に
かかる商品名「ピツプエレキバン」(登録商標
名)用の直径20mmの円形絆創こうに接着し、(イ)肩
痛、肩こり、(ロ)腰痛、腰のこり、(ハ)関節炎に対す
る実験を官公立A病院、官公立B病院に依頼して
行なつた。
治療片1の使用による(イ),(ロ),(ハ)症状の改善に
関しては、著効(〓)、有効(+)、やや効
(±)、無効(−)に分けて判定したが、その判定
成績を以下に示す。

Furthermore, when a germanium crystal and a magnet were used in combination in the same manner as described above, it was discovered that the therapeutic effect was even more remarkable. The biochemical and electronic mechanisms behind this remarkable effect have not yet been clarified, but the mobility of germanium metal is further increased at the human body temperature (36°C), and these electrons are transferred to affected areas of the human body. It is presumed that a synergistic effect exists between the two, in that the electric potential of the affected area is adjusted by electron exchange with the electrons of the affected area, and blood circulation is improved by the magnetic action on the affected area.
