ができるものであるが、たとえ飽和湿度の湿風を
用いたとしても、米粒が精白室から流出して万石
上を滑流する短時間のみに冷湿風の作用を受ける
ものであるから、精白室における精白作用を受け
る都度温度上昇する発熱作用により、乾燥する水
分を運転開始時に保有した玄米の水分値に補足し
て維持することができず、精米完了後において水
中浸漬の際水中亀裂の発生を防止できない問題点
を未解決とするものであつた。
