すように各文字11〜15の裏側の各連結部分でつな
がり、その厚さは1mm、幅1mm、裏側の連結部分

被保持部材1の各文字11〜15を挿入固定した。次
にこの成形型に泥除けの補強材であるJ形状の補
強金属をインサートし、型を閉じた。この型を閉
じた状態で、ピン3のピストン部31の上面は被
保持部材1の接合部16の裏側に当接し、接合部
16をキヤビテイ2aの中央に保持している。こ
の状態で被保持部材1と同一の樹脂で構成された
黒色のエチレンビニルアセテート共重合樹脂を射
出成形し、第4図に示す泥除けを製造した。この
泥除けは成形品の表面に赤色でT、U、R、B、
Oが表出し、その他の面はいずれも黒色の樹脂で
成形されたものであつた。この成形品の断面を第
5図に示す。樹脂製被保持部材の接合部は成形時
の熱により部分的に溶かされ変形していた。しか
し、接合部は泥除けの表面に表出することはなか
つた。
