アルリード形の電子部品のリード線をテーピング
し、かつ、このテープ部に送り用の孔を設けて構
成されるラジアルテーピング部品のテープ部から
電子部品を切断するとともにテープ部を小さく切
断してテープ屑の処理を容易にするラジアルテー
ピング部品の切断装置に関するものである。

方向に配置されI方向に摺動して上記平カツタ1
9とでテープ部を切断するテープカツタ21によ
り構成され、上記平カツタ19内にはシリンダー
22、ピストン23、圧縮ばね24を組込み、平
カツタ19のエア入口25からエアを供給すると
ピストン23が圧縮ばね24を弾縮するように摺
動して、ピストン23と一体に設けたロツド26
を平カツタ19の切断面より突出させ、エアの供
給を遮断すると圧縮ばね24の弾縮力でピストン
23が逆方向に摺動してロツド26を平カツタ1
9の切断面より引込ませるように構成され、この
切断面部に間歇的に搬送されてくるラジアルテー
ピング部品をA−A線、B−B線で同時に切断す
るように構成されている。

タの先端が変形しやすく、精度合わせが何度も必
要となる。本発明は、リードカツタ20とテープ
カツタ21を別体とすることにより、上記問題点
をも解決するものである。
