枠の上端部環状端板の開口部の外側まで孤状に上
昇させ、上記コンクリートが半硬化した後上記中
子を孤状に移動させて脱型することを特徴とする

参照)。尚図中11で示すものは水平軸4に設け
た減速歯車、12は同歯車11と噛合する小歯
車、13は小歯車回動ハンドル、14は機枠1に

に投入し、かつ上述のように振動させる。そして
上端山形部10が上端環状端板6の開口部の外側
に出て同中子8を停止し、生コンクリート15が
半硬化した後ハンドル13を矢印と反対方向に回
動することによつて中子8を第1図仮想線位置か
ら実線位置え下降しさらにその下方に下降させて
脱型する。外枠2の開き角Θは90度となすことが
できるが、その場合は上端部を上向きに機枠1に
支持する。そのため同外枠2を第1図に示す位置
