BACKGROUND ART Accidents involving children jumping out at crosswalks have been known in the past, but there are still no effective proposals for methods or devices for preventing such accidents. However, many ejection accidents occur when children try to cross the sidewalk with great force, and vehicles such as cars are slow to notice this. Therefore, the present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems by moving the sign automatically or manually when attempting to cross the sidewalk, and by providing a passageway frame that makes it easy to stop before entering the sidewalk, thereby preventing people from jumping out. It was resolved.

That is, to explain this invention with reference to an embodiment, a rectangular fence 1 with a height of 70 cm and a width of 100 cm, and a fence with a width of 60 cm at the same height.
A curved passage is constructed by planting a rectangular fence 2 with a width of 50 cm and a rectangular fence 3 of the same height and width of 50 cm on the frame 4, and a bottom plate 5 is inserted into the frame 4. is stretched, and the end of the bottom plate on the rectangular fence 2 side can be raised and lowered. The rectangular fence A in the above is planted on two adjacent sides of the shaped frame 4, and the rectangular fence 3 is planted at an interval from the rectangular fence 2 by the passage width (for example, 50 cm). Said bottom plate 5
One side is installed horizontally, maintaining a slight height from the lower surface of the frame 4, and the other side (the side of the rectangular fence 2) is configured to be able to rise and fall freely. In addition, short pipes 6 and 7 are vertically fixed to the shaped frame and the rectangular fence 2, respectively, and a marker rod 9 with a triangular marker 8 fixed to the upper end of the short pipes 6 and 7
A protrusion 10 is horizontally protruded from the lower part of the indicator rod 9, and the protrusion 10 is attached to the lever 1.
1, one end of the lever 11 is rotatably attached to a mounting piece 13 fixed on the frame, and the base end of a bent rod 15 is fixed to a connecting piece 14 protruding from one end of the lever 11. The tip of the bending rod 15 is brought into contact with the end of the bottom plate 5a which can be raised and lowered. In the figure, 16 is a return spring for the lever 11, 17 is a flag flag used when crossing, 18 is a short pipe fixed to a rectangular fence to hold the handle of the flag flag, and 19 is a mounting plate fixed to the frame. .

In the above embodiment, when a child comes in from the direction of arrow 20, the rectangular fence 2 prevents the child from going straight and turns in the direction of arrow 21, but in this case, the child steps on the bottom plate 5a. , the tip side 5a of the bottom plate 5 descends due to its weight. When the bottom plate is lowered, the horizontal end portion 15a of the bent rod 15 hooked to the tip thereof is simultaneously lowered (downward in the direction of arrow 22 as shown by the chain line from the solid line in FIG. 4). 15, the connecting piece 14 of the lever 11 is pulled in the same direction, and the lever 11 is connected to the pin 2 of the mounting piece 13.
3 in the direction of arrow 24. Therefore, the protrusion 11 inserted into the long groove 12 of the lever 11 is rotated in the direction of arrow 25 in FIG. 2, and the marker rod 9 is also rotated accordingly. As described above, when the children reach the bottom plate, the sign rod 9 rotates, and the sign rotates to the side of the sidewalk, indicating that a person is passing, and attracting the driver's attention.
Give staged attention. The child then walks in the direction of arrow 21 (crosswalk), but in this case, the child walks in the direction of arrow 21 (crosswalk).
The momentum entering from the direction 0 is temporarily stopped by the rectangular fence 2, so when moving in the direction of the arrow 21, the speed increases significantly, and the rotation of the sign rod attracts attention, causing the pedestrian to cross the pedestrian crossing. Things like not having to look left and right when crossing a street, or picking up a flag that indicates when you are crossing can help you regain your composure and walk calmly. Even if you are in a hurry, you can prevent a major accident by stopping or slowing down. In addition, the display of the sign on the driver's side will remind the driver to keep an eye on the road ahead, which can be expected to be effective in preventing traffic accidents, such as allowing the driver to respond quickly if a child suddenly jumps out.

Next, in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a gear 26 is fixed to the lower end of the indicator rod, and a gear 28 that engages with the gear 26 is rotatably attached to a bracket 27 that projects horizontally from the mounting plate 19. Attach to gear 28
is provided with a protrusion 30 for moving the brake piece 29 in contact with the shaft, and one end of a return spring 31 is attached thereto, the other end of the return spring 31 being fixed to the mounting plate 19. Therefore, when the child on the bottom plate moves, the bottom plate rises due to its own elasticity, and the downward pressure applied to the tip of the bending rod 15 is released. Therefore, the gear 28 is rotated in the direction of arrow 32 in FIG.
Since the gear 26 that meshes with the mark 26 also rotates in the direction of the arrow 33, the marker rod also rotates in the same direction. In this case, the brake piece 29 comes into contact with the shaft 34, so that the brake is applied and the return of the gear 28 is delayed. In other words, the indicator rod rotates quickly when instructed and slows when returning.

Next, the embodiment shown in FIG. 7 has a protruding handle 35 for manually rotating the indicator rod 9.
6 is the stopper of the indicator rod. In this case as well, the gears 26 and 28 mesh with each other in that the return rotation is performed in the same manner. In this case, stoppers 37 and 38 are provided to restrict the degree of rotation of the gear 28.

Next, in the embodiment of FIG. 9, the rectangular fence 4 is connected to the rectangular fence 39
0 is attached rotatably, the passage is blocked by a rectangular fence 40, and when the child passes, the rectangular fence 40 is placed in the direction of arrow 4.
1, and moves the sign 42 to a visible position. In this case, the rectangular fence 40
rotates, so there is no need to rotate the indicator rod. In the figure, 43 is a flag storage pipe. Also the first
FIG. 0 shows another embodiment regarding the rotation of the indicator rod 9. That is, the lever 4 bent at the protrusion 10 of the indicator rod 9
4, the other end of the lever 44 is rotatably attached to the mounting piece 45 by a pin 46, and the bottom plate 5 is attached to the other end 44b of the lever 44.
The projecting piece 47 is supported.

Therefore, if the bottom plate 5 descends in the direction of arrow 48,
Since the lever 44 rotates about the pin 46 in the direction of the arrow 49, the protrusion 44a moves the protrusion 10 of the indicator rod from the position shown by the tenth solid line to the position shown by the chain line. The indicator rod can be rotated. Regarding return, when the bottom plate rises, the lever 4 is moved by the traction force of the spring 51.
4 in the opposite direction to the above, the marker rod can be returned to its old position.

That is, according to this invention, since the sign is rotatably installed on the exit side of the passage frame that forms the curved road, children who enter the road with great force will be blocked from going straight by the rectangular fence, and will inevitably slow down. Therefore, it has the effect of preventing traffic accidents caused by flying out with force. In addition, since the sign will be operated (automatically or manually) when exiting the fence, it will call the driver's attention, which can also prevent accidents or minimize major accidents. There are various effects. Moreover, if the bottom plate is made to be able to be raised and lowered, and the marking rod is rotated using the raising and lowering motion, the pop-up markings will be automatically put out, which is even more advantageous since the markings will not be forgotten.
