【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は磁気バブル記憶装置に関し、特にその
構造に関するものである。

回転磁界を与えるための内側コイル3及びこの内
側コイル3と直交するように配置された外側コイ
ル4が前記基板2を内包するように配置されてい
る。又、この外側近傍には磁気バブル素子1の結
晶膜面にほぼ垂直にバイアス磁界を与えるための
永久磁石6a,6bが配置されている。永久磁石
6a,6bのそれぞれ磁気バブル素子1に向き合
つた面にはこれら永久磁石に固着されたヨーク5
a,5bが配置されている。さらに、外部磁界が
磁気バブル素子1等に加わる事を防止する磁気シ
ールド枠8が永久磁石6a,6bの外周に配置さ
れている。従来は、この磁気シールド枠8は永久
磁石6a,6bが固着され、その保持を兼用する
場合が多い。又、このシールド枠8はパーマロイ
などの高透磁率を有する軟質磁性材料が作られ
る。また、内側及び外側コイルによる発熱を外部
伝導放散するために良熱伝導樹脂7が内部に充填
されている。
