のガス絶縁高圧電線を開発した。(Prior Art) In conventional gas-insulated high-voltage electric wires, both the center conductor and the metal sheath around its outer periphery were rigid types with no flexibility. For this reason, with conventional gas-insulated high-voltage electric wires, the center conductor could not be wound onto a winding drum during the manufacturing process. Therefore, the inventor of the present invention developed a flexible gas-insulated high-voltage electric wire in which both the center conductor and the metal sheath around the center conductor are flexible.

成することが可能となつた。 Therefore, when manufacturing gas-insulated high-voltage electric wires, instead of immediately installing a corrugated sheath on the outer periphery of the manufactured center conductor, the center conductor is first wound onto a winding drum, and then later pulled out and a corrugated sheath is placed on the outer periphery of the center conductor. It became possible to form

It was hot.

に一旦巻取る。 This is done by running the strands 8, such as stranded copper wires or stranded aluminum wires, which are insulated with enamel or the like, in the direction of arrow A, and using a twisting machine (not shown) to connect them to arrow B.
The stranded conductor 10 is formed by rotating the conductor 10 in the direction shown in FIG. At the same time, the metal tube 14 is bent into a tubular shape so as to cover the stranded wire conductor 10 using a forming roller 13, and the joints of the bent metal tube 14 are continuously welded using a welding machine 15. After inspection, it is straightened using a straightening device 17 equipped with several rollers, and then corrugated using a corrugator 18 to form a corrugated center conductor 4 covered with a corrugated metal tube 19. ス29を形成し巻取ドラム30に巻取る。 As shown in FIG. 3, the corrugated center conductor 4 thus formed is pulled out from the winding drum 1 in the direction of arrow A in FIG. The support mounting device 22 is used to arrange the corrugated center conductor 4 at appropriate intervals, and then a metal band-shaped sheath material 23 made of aluminum, copper, stainless steel, etc. is vertically attached to the outer periphery of the insulating support material 21, and the sheath material 23 is gradually bent into a tubular shape by a forming roller 24 to cover the outer periphery of the insulating support 21 in a series, and the seam of the sheath material 23 is welded by a welding machine 25.
The welded area is inspected by a welding inspection device 26, straightened by a straightening device 27 consisting of several rollers, and then corrugated by a corrugator 28 to form a corrugated sheath 29, which is then transferred to a winding drum. Wind it up to 30.
