In order to easily accommodate changes in the layout, the electrical wiring in the show case is configured so that it can be routed to either the left or the right show case depending on the arrangement, as shown in FIG. 1. In other words, the same receptacle outlet A has plug blades on both the left and right sides of the back so that it does not have directionality.
If one side is used as an input side, the other side is used as a charging side for sending wiring. Therefore, the cord connectors 7 at both ends of the connection cord for sending wiring have a blade-receiving structure so that the wiring can be carried out freely and the cord is difficult to come off. By the way, if several cases are lined up and wired in order, an unused receptacle A will remain in the last case, and this is on the charging side. Therefore, there is a need for something to prevent electric shock and deformation of the plug blade for this receptacle A. Conventionally, it has been necessary to fit a cap B made of an insulating material as shown in Fig. 2. is being carried out. However, there are disadvantages in that the cap B is often forgotten to be tightened, and the string breaks and the cap B is lost. An unwired cord connector 7 may be used in place of cap B, but although it is less likely to fall off, it is essentially the same as cap B and is more expensive.

However, in the case of Utility Model Application Publication No. 49-138392, the plug blade arranged in the opening of the receptacle is movable in the protruding direction and can be pushed into the opening by the cord connector. A device equipped with a cover is disclosed, but although this device does not cause powder loss on the cover, when the cover is pushed in, the plug blade comes out through the insertion hole in the cover, so it is necessary to take measures to prevent electric shock. is not sufficient, and there is a risk of electric shock if the cover is pressed carelessly.

Furthermore, it has been proposed, for example, in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 19083/1983, to provide a sliding door to cover the plug blade insertion port in a normal electrical outlet. When such a configuration is applied to a receptacle, the configuration will be as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, or FIGS. 6 and 7.

That is, the recess 2 with a circular cross section provided in the body 3
A pair of plug blades 1, 1 are fixed to the bottom with screws so that wires can be connected, and the tip of each plug blade 1 is located further back than the opening surface of the recess 2. A flat plate 4 attached to the front surface of the body 3 has screw insertion holes 15 at both ends thereof for screwing to a mounting base such as a show case. The central through hole 9 communicates with the recess 2 of the body 3, and has a sliding groove 10 cut out from the center to one side. The notches provided on both upper and lower edges of the through hole 9 parallel to the sliding groove 10 are running guide grooves 17 in which a spring hooking protrusion 16 of the door 5 (to be described later) runs.
It is. The door 5 is made to be able to slide freely on the surface of the plate 4, and the upper and lower edges are bent backward respectively so that the door 5 can slide on the upper and lower edges of the plate 4, and a locking rib 8 is provided on one side edge. is provided to protrude forward, and a retaining protrusion 11 is protruded rearward from the other side edge. Further, spring hooking protrusions 16 are made to protrude rearward near the upper and lower edges, and hooking protrusions 18 provided on the back surface of the plate 4,
A spring 6 such as a tension coil spring is suspended between the retaining protrusion 11 and the sliding groove 1.
0, the door 5, which opens and closes the through hole 9 by sliding the front surface of the plate 4 by fitting the spring hook projections 116, 16 into the running guide grooves 17, 17, is biased in the closing direction by the spring 6. It is.

Here, in any case, the locking rib 8 of the door 5 that closes the opening of the recess 2, that is, the through hole 9 of the plate 4, is moved by the biasing force of the spring 6 to a cord having a stopper blade receiving structure. All you have to do is push the outer peripheral surface of the connector 7 sideways to slide the door 5 open, push the cord connector 7 into the recess 2, and pull out the cord connector 7, and the spring 6 will automatically close the door 5. .

In these devices, since the door 5 is of a sliding type and is biased in the closing direction by the spring 6, the door 5 will not be opened accidentally, and therefore electric shocks will not occur. Although the results have been satisfactory in terms of prevention, the following new problems have arisen. In other words, with a normal outlet, you only need to open and close the plug blade insertion port, but with a receptacle outlet, you have to open and close the entire opening of the recess where the plug blade is located. Since a large cord connector connected to the plug blade is also inserted into the recess, the opening area of the recess is quite large, and the door itself that closes the entire opening of such a recess is also quite large. When opening, all the doors must be evacuated from the opening, so the plate becomes quite large if the space for exiting the door is included. Furthermore, even if a spring is used to return the door, the springs shown in FIGS. 3 to 5 require two springs, making assembly difficult. In the case shown in Figs. 6 and 7, only one spring 6 is required, but in this case, additional spring placement space is required in the door exit space in the door opening/closing direction, and the plate is even larger. I get used to it.

The present invention has been developed in view of these points, and its purpose is to reliably prevent electric shock by closing the opening surface of the recess with a slidable and spring-loaded door. To provide a socket outlet which can be made compact as a whole without increasing the size of the front plate due to the provision of a door and a spring.

Therefore, in the present invention, a door is provided on the front plate of the body in which the plug blade is built in the recess, and a door is provided for slidingly opening and closing the opening of the recess, and a pair of sliding surfaces facing each other with the door sandwiched between the body or the plate At the same time, the pair of sliding contact surfaces are formed into curved surfaces whose opposing distance gradually decreases as the door opens, and the door is formed into a plate-like shape with both free ends slidingly contacting the sliding surfaces. There are two parts: a rear door whose central part of a linear spring is fixed and is biased to slide in the direction of closing the opening, and a front door whose front side can be slid in the same direction as the rear door. The cord connector is formed on a step door, protrudes from the front surface of the plate at the end of the closing side of the rear door, and the surface of the closing side can be freely pressed against the outer periphery of the cord connector that can be freely connected to the stopper blade. The surface on the opening side of the front door is provided with a protruding locking rib that can freely come into contact with the end surface of the closing side of the front door, and the side on the opening side of the rear door is provided with a locking rib that can freely come into contact with the end surface of the closing side of the front door. A connecting piece is provided that protrudes toward the rear door, and a locking portion that can freely engage with the surface of the closing side of the connecting piece is provided at the end of the closing side of the front door and protrudes toward the rear door. The feature is that the door is a two-stage door, so when the recess is opened, the front door and rear door can be overlapped to reduce the exit space. In addition, the spring does not need to be placed on the opening/closing direction side of the door.

The present invention will be described in detail below based on illustrated embodiments. The basic structure of the body 3 and plate 4 is the same as that of the conventional example, but the door 5 here is a two-stage door 5a and front door 5b that slide in the space between the plate 4 and the body 3. It is made up of. A locking rib 8 protruding from the front surface of the plate 4 is provided at one side end of the rear door 5a, and a connecting piece 12 extends toward the front door 5b at the other side end. The connecting piece 12 can be freely engaged with a locking portion 13 provided on the front door 5b, which is slidable on the front surface of the rear door 5a. Both the front and rear doors 5a, 5b each have a width smaller than the through hole 9 in the plate 4, and when the connecting piece 12 and the locking part 13 are in contact with each other and the amount of overlap between the two doors 5a, 5 is the smallest, the through hole 9 Both doors 5a, 5
It can be closed by b. When the outer peripheral surface of the cord connector 7 is pressed against the locking rib 8 of the door 5 formed in two stages in this way and the rear door 5a is first slid, the amount of overlap between both doors 5a and 5b gradually increases. Larger, recess 2
Since the locking rib 8 comes into contact with the side edge of the front door 5b when the opening of the front door 5b is opened approximately half way, from now on, the front door 5
b also slides to open the through hole 9.

Then, if you pull out the cord connector 7, the door 5
The spring 6 returns to its original state and closes the opening of the recess 2 due to the biasing force of the spring 6, but the spring 6 here is plate-shaped or linear, as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 11, a central bent portion 6a is fixed to the side end of the rear door 5a having the connecting piece 12, and both ends are free ends. On the other hand, the front surface of the body 3 is recessed around the opening of the recess 2, so that the opening of the recess 2 is opposed to the left and right sides, and this opposing interval is the same as that of the door 5.
Sliding surfaces 14, 14 are provided which are narrow on the moving direction side and wide on the opposite side, and both ends of the spring 6 bent into an arc are slidably in contact with these sliding surfaces 14, 14. The spring force of the spring 6, which tends to return to its linear shape, biases the rear door 5a in the closing direction. Furthermore, when the rear door 5a closes the through hole 9 about half way, the connecting piece 12 comes into contact with the locking part 13 of the front door 5b, so the front door 5b is then returned to its original position by the biasing force of the spring 6. , closes the through hole 9.

As described above, in the present invention, the sliding door provided on the front plate of the body is a two-stage door consisting of a front door and a rear door,
When the door is opened, the front door and rear door can overlap, so even though the door still needs to be large to close the large opening, the exit space of the door is reduced. It is small and the door is biased in the return direction by a spring, so even if the stopper blade is a live part, there is a risk of inadvertently touching it and causing an electric shock. Moreover, since the spring here has a plate-like or linear shape whose central part is fixed to the door and whose ends slide against sliding surfaces formed on the body or plate, the space for installing the spring can be reduced. There is no need to install it on the opening/closing side of the door, and as mentioned above, the exit space for the door is small, and the plate area can be reduced, ensuring electric shock prevention and making the whole structure compact. It can be summarized as follows.
