される濾過装置である。 Therefore, the present invention provides a filtration device that eliminates the drawbacks of conventional filtration devices, that is, the filter medium can be sufficiently washed, and the device can be simplified and miniaturized by being used both as a washing mechanism and a filtration mechanism. is possible,
Moreover, the present invention is proposed for the purpose of a filtration device capable of improving filtration performance, and a filter layer 1 made of granular filter media and a space 2 are formed vertically inside the filter layer 1. A rotating drum 5 in which an outer peripheral wall 3 in contact with the outer peripheral wall 4 in contact with the space 2 is formed to allow water to pass therethrough.
A water tank 6 in which the rotating drum 5 is rotatably horizontally installed, and a first water flow section 7 for raw water inflow and sewage outflow that penetrates the rotation axis of the rotary drum 5 from outside the water tank 6. A first flow pipe 8 for raw water inflow and sewage outflow is located in the section 2, and a second flow pipe 9 for filtrate inflow and wash water outflow passes through the rotation axis of the rotating drum 5 from outside the water tank 6. This filtration device is composed of a second flow pipe 10 for filtrate inflow and wash water outflow, which is located within the filter layer 1.

The raw water flows from the first water pipe 21 to the first water pipe 8 to the first water flow part 7 to the space 2 in the rotating drum 5 as shown by the solid arrow in FIG. The raw water that has reached this space 2 is divided into two directions. The raw water in one direction is filtered and discharged through the surface of the filter layer 1 → the filter layer 1 → the second water flow part 9 → the second water flow pipe 10 → the third water pipe 23.
The raw water in the other direction is from the outer circumferential wall 4 which is formed to allow water to flow through and is in contact with the space 2 → inside the water tank 6 → the outer circumferential wall 3 which is formed to allow water to flow and is in contact with the filter layer 1 It is filtered and discharged through → filter layer 1 → second water flow section 9 → second water flow pipe 10 → third water pipe 23.
In the filter layer 1, not only the filter layer portion on the surface side of the filter layer 1 but also the filter layer portion on the outer peripheral wall portion 3 side that is formed to allow water to pass through functions to filter raw water, so that the filter layer can be used effectively. It is possible to improve the filtration ability.

The adhering suspended solids are dissociated by moving as shown by solid line arrows in the figure and rubbing the granular filter media against each other, and the dissociated adhered suspended solids are discharged by the outflow of washing water as described below. In the case where the filter layer 1 is formed of filter sand, the surface of the filter layer 1 is inclined at an angle of 30 degrees, which is the angle of repose of sand, and the granular filter medium is moved by continuously collapsing.

The water is filtered and discharged to the outside of the water tank 6 via the second water flow section 9 → second water flow pipe 10. Therefore, according to the filtration device according to the present invention, the filtration action of raw water is performed by filtration through the first route from the surface side of the filter layer 1 through the filter layer 1 to the second water flow pipe 9, and by contacting the outer peripheral wall portion 3. Since filtration is performed by the second route from the side of the filter layer 1 passing through the filter layer 1 to the second flowing water section 9, the filter layer 1 can be used effectively and the filtration capacity can be improved. can.

転ドラム5の小型化を図ることができる。 Moreover, the configuration of the filtration device according to the present invention is the first one.
The first water pipe 8 of the water flow section 7 serves both as an inflow of raw water and an outflow of waste water, and a second water flow section 9 and a second water flow pipe 10 serve as an inflow of filtered raw water (filtrate) and an outflow of washing water. Since the rotary drum 5 also serves as the base member, the inside of the rotary drum 5 can be simplified and the rotary drum 5 can be made smaller.
