明する。 Conventionally, to remove scale from pipes such as cylindrical or rectangular steel pipes, pickling or using a centrifugal projection device was used to spray abrasive materials such as shots onto the inside and outside of the pipe.
Either they were blasted and polished separately by a device dedicated to the exterior surfaces. However, in the former case, handling is dangerous, productivity is low, and waste liquid disposal is difficult, and in the latter case, separate projection devices for internal and external cleaning are required, and Therefore, there were various problems such as low productivity and the need to take up a large space to install the equipment. The present invention has been made in order to solve these problems, and the present invention supports the pipe to be polished within the cleaning tube with substantially the same gap on the entire outer circumferential surface, and the pipe is polished with compressed air inside the cleaning tube. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for simultaneously cleaning the inner and outer surfaces of a pipe, and an apparatus for simultaneously cleaning the inner and outer surfaces of the pipe by passing a cleaning material through the pipe. The configuration of the present invention will be explained below based on examples.

である。 Reference numeral 26 denotes a polishing pipe installed so as to be able to enter and exit between the injection nozzle 5 of the mixing device 14 and the inlet pipe 17 of the pre-dust device 15, which is installed facing the mixing device 14 with an appropriate interval. Inside the cleaning tube 26, a pipe to be polished 27 is supported via a support member 28 with a substantially uniform gap being maintained at the outer circumferential portion. Further, the pipe to be polished 27 is
It is horizontally supported via a support member 32 by a trolley 31 which is movable in a direction orthogonal to the direction of movement of the vehicle and is movable on a track 29 via wheels 30 . In addition, 33 is the pipe to be polished 27
A semicircular baffle plate is provided on the rear end surface of the inlet pipe 17 of the pre-dusting device 15, and is used to prevent the abrasive material passing along with the compressed air passing through the inner peripheral surface of the pipe 27 to be polished. The internal resistance of the abrasive material passing between the inner surface of the sweep pipe 26 and the outer surface of the pipe to be polished 27 is kept constant to prevent uneven cleaning of the inner and outer surfaces of the pipe to be polished 27. This is provided to prevent uneven cleaning from occurring on the inner and outer surfaces of the pipe 27.

The abrasive tube 26 is supported via the injection nozzle 5 of the mixing device 14 and the inlet tube 17 of the pre-dusting device 15.
1, the carriages 1 and 23 are moved toward each other to sharpen the injection nozzle 5 of the mixing device 14 and the inlet pipe 17 of the pre-dust device 15, respectively. When connected to the opening of the sweep pipe 26 and then opening the on-off valve 12 to supply compressed air into the injection nozzle 5, the compressed air flows from the storage tank 10 through the adjustment valve 8 and the supply port 6 into the injection nozzle 5. Continuously supplied abrasive material 9
The compressed air is also injected and supplied into the polishing pipe 26 from the bypass pipe 11 to the storage tank 10.
The internal pressures of the storage tank 10 and the injection nozzle 5 are maintained at the same pressure, so that the abrasive material 9 in the storage tank 10 is uniformly supplied into the injection nozzle 5. Ru.

研掃パイプ27の内・外面の研掃作業を行う。 The abrasive material injected into the cleaning tube 26 together with the compressed air passes through the cleaning tube 26 at a uniform speed while contacting the inner and outer peripheral surfaces of the pipe 27 to be polished. The inner and outer circumferential surfaces of the cleaning pipe 27 are polished uniformly and evenly. After that, the abrasive material passes through the inlet pipe 17 and collides with the shielding plate 20 in the hopper 19, and the compressed air is separated and falls downward into the hopper 19.

The injection nozzle 5 of No. 4 and the inlet pipe 17 of the pre-dust device 15 are moved in a direction away from each other to be separated from the cleaning tube 26, and the cleaning tube 26 is moved in a direction orthogonal thereto to separate the injection nozzle 5 and the inlet tube. Exit to the side from between 17. Subsequently, the engagement between the pipe to be polished 27 and the support member 28 is released, and the pipe to be polished 27 is taken out to the outside of the cleaning pipe 26. and,
A new pipe 27 to be polished is again supported by the support member 28 in the cleaning tube 26, and the above-described operations are repeated to perform the cleaning work on the inner and outer surfaces of the pipe 27 to be polished.
