数を減ずると共に、電機子をフアンの風路内に置
き、モータの温度上昇を抑制することを目的とす
る。

うな構造をとつている。すなわち、1は偏平形モ
ータで、2は磁性材の偏平なケース、3は偏平な
電機子、4は磁性材のブラケツトで電機子3は整
流子5と共に回転軸6に固着され軸受7,7を介
してケース2とブラケツト4に支持されている。
8はケース2にとりつけられたマグネツト、9は
ブラシである。10はシロツコフアンで、11,
11′は端板、12は羽根であり、回転軸6に固
着されている。このような構造の偏平形モータ
は、モータ部とフアン部がそれぞれ完全に独立し
ており、モータ部とフアン部の共通部材がないこ
とから部材の数が多くなり、またフアンに空気の
流れによつて、モータを積極的に冷却する機能は
ない。

隙はマグネツト8と電機子3の間の間隙δのみ

板とで構成されるフアンの少なくとも一方の端板
を磁性材で形成し、この端板を前記電機子に重ね
合せた状態で電機子の回転軸にとりつけ、前記ケ
ースの開口部に対し前記端板を間隙をもつて配
し、その開口部を前記端板で覆つたもので、フア
ンの端板とモータのブラケツトあるいはヨーク部
材を兼用にしているので、フアン付偏平形モータ
の構成部品数が少なくなり、軸方向の長さを縮小
することができる上に、電機子がフアンの端板を
介してフアンの風路に接しているので、空冷効果
のすぐれたものである。
