部を形成したことを特徴とし、これにより上記目
的を達成したものである。

板間に充填固化された絶縁性充填材よりなるダイ
オードブロツクを取着し、さらに該刷板子板バネ
に取着されない側の電極板に摺接片を取着してそ
の摺接部を形成したから、整流ダイオードが絶縁
状態でモーターハウジング内にコンパクトに収容
でき、また整流ダイオードが予めダイオードブロ
ツクとして形成された後は半田付け工程がないの
で刷子ホルダーの溶融変形を起こしたり刷子の摺
接位置が変動することもなく、さらに刷子の整流
子セグメント摺接部から整流ダイオードまでの距
離が極めて短くなるので逆サージ電圧の空中伝播
が少なくなる等、整流ダイオードを装備してもモ
ーターが大型化にならず、しかも刷子の摺接位置
が安定し、さらに逆サージ電圧による電波障害が
低減できるものとなる。
