Description

をつくるミキサーに関するもので、特にカツター
の形状を改良することにより、野菜や肉のみじん
切りが可能で液体ジユースの飛び散りの少ないミ
キサーを提供するものである。

されている。16はコツプ14の上部開口を覆う
コツプ蓋、17は本体2の下部開口を覆う裏板、
18は脚、19はスイツチである。またカツター
7の刃先の形状は、根元より先端側がカツター7
の回転方向に対して遅らせた2段に折れ曲つた形
状とし、先端側の刃先部分は鋸刃状部7′として

14は下部が円筒状でカツター7より少し上から
急に広げられた形状にしてあるので、カツター7
及びカツター8により撹拌された液体の回転状態
をこの急に広げられた部分で緩衝する効果があ
り、より洩れにくくなつている。

れるのである。また切れ易く水分の出易い玉ネギ
等も無理に切る現象は発生せず、水分も多く出る
ことなくきれいに切れるのである。
