Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は紙葉物の重送防止装置、特にフリクシ
ヨン・リタードと称する重送防止装置の改良に関
する。

置の最も一般的かつ単純な構成は第1図又は第2
図に示す如く偏心或は半月状紙葉物送出ドラム1
によつて紙葉物の堆積3から一枚ずつ紙葉物を送
り出し、前記送出ドラム1とこれに対向して固定
したリタード・パツド或は固定したベルト2又は
ロール状の摩擦体との間を通して前記紙葉物を送
出するものであつて、前記送出ドラム1、前記パ
ツド又はベルト2及び取扱かう紙葉物三者の表面
の摩擦力が送出ドラム−紙葉物>紙葉物−パツド
>紙葉物−紙葉物となるよう前記送出ドラム1及
び前記パツド又はベルト2の材質、表面状態が選
択されるものである。

とができないという欠点があつた。

ード方式の重送防止装置の欠陥を除去する為にな
されたものであつてエンドレスのリタード・ベル
トを一方向クラツチを介して掛け廻し、前記紙葉
送出ドラムとの離接に伴つて生ずるベルトの伸縮
時の反動を利用して該リタード・ベルトを少しず
つ回動させることによつて前記紙葉送出ドラムと
の摩擦圧接点を移動させ該ベルトが均一に摩耗す
るようにした重送防止装置の提供を目的とする。

向クラツチ8,8を設ける。

その動作を説明するに、先ず前記送出ドラム1が
前記紙葉物堆積3に当接しその最上部の紙葉物を
前記リタード・ベルト2に向けて送り出す。次い
で前記送出ドラム1が前記ベルト2と圧接し、該
ベルト2をたわませつつ紙葉物を前記両者の間で
“しごく”が如く摩擦して送り出すものである。

接、解除の度にわずかづつ時計方向に回動するこ
とになり、両者の摩擦圧接点は刻々と変化するこ
とになる。

ド部材の交換インタバルが短かくなることは避け
難いであろう。

一方向クラツチを介して掛け廻し、前記送出ドラ
ムとの離接によつて生ずるベルト伸縮による反動
を利用して前記分離ベルトを回転させることによ
り該分離ベルトの前記送出ドラムとの摩擦圧接点
を前記送出ドラムの回転毎に移動せしむることを
特徴とする紙葉物の重送防止装置。
