て発生する振動が弾性体などからなるモータ支持
装置を介して掃除機の本体に伝達して、この本体
が振動する為に生ずる。従つてn音の減少をはか
るには、モータのアンバランスを少なくして発生
する振動を小さくするか、振動伝達を少なくして
本体の振動を押えるかすればよい。しかし、前者
のモータアンバランスを少なくするにはその為の
工数増加が著しく、現実的でない。一方、後者の
振動伝達を少なくするには減衰化を小さくした
り、バネ定数を小さくして共振点を下げればよ
く、その構成を工夫すればかなり安価な装置で実
現できる。従来の真空掃除機のモータ支持装置は
弾性体を気密装置としても兼用している結果、フ
アンの作動時には負圧により圧縮されるのでゴム
の性質上そのバネ定数並びに減衰比が増加し、製
造上可能な限りの軟かさで作つたものでもn音を

の結果、n音の音圧は従来の約60dBから約40dB
