る。 It is assumed that the papers P to be transferred are stacked in front of the left end of the bed 1 and are transferred to the right along the bed 1. The positions of the left and right paper holding devices 22A, 22B and the positions of the front and rear heads 19 are set in advance according to the size of the paper. The operations of each section described below proceed automatically according to a preset program of the sequence controller.

紙をほぐす。 First, the first partition member 28 penetrates between the sheets of paper. Next, the second partition members 29A, 29B,
The extruded combs 30, 3 penetrate into the gap formed by the penetration of the first partition member and are integral with the second partition member.
0 pushes the upper layer of paper forward by several centimeters. This state is shown by the chain line in FIG. In parallel with the second partition member and extrusion comb extruding the upper layer of paper,
The first partition member 28 descends slightly to widen the gap. Next, the paper receiving arms 26A and 26B are rotated and inserted into the enlarged gap sequentially from the tip, and when the entire arm is inserted, it stops to support both left and right sides of the paper. In parallel with this rotation of the paper receiving arm, the left and right paper holding devices 22A and 22B hold the left and right ends of the protruding side of the extruded upper layer, and then the feed screw 21 is slightly rotated to hold the left and right ends of the protruding side of the upper layer. The interval between the parts is shortened to bend the central part of the paper, and at the same time, air is blown between the leaves in the upper layer from a blowing nozzle 35 to loosen the paper.

次の持ち上げ作業に移る。 When the lifting platform 9 is raised while continuing this air blowing, the upper layer of the paper is moved to the second partition device 29A, 29.
B, it is lifted by the paper receiving arms 26A, 26B and the paper holding devices 22A, 22B. Next, the entire tower on the carriage 8 is moved to a predetermined position on the right. Therefore, the paper receiving arms 26A, 26B are further expanded outward, and at the same time, the paper holding devices 22A, 22B are expanded outwardly.
If the paper is loosened, the transported paper will fall onto a predetermined table. After the paper falls, the paper receiving arm 26A,
26B is returned to its return state, the carriage is returned to the left, and the next lifting operation is started.

なる大きさの紙の搬送にも用いることができる。 According to the present invention, the upper layer of stacked paper can be lifted in one block and transported to a desired location, which saves manpower and improves work efficiency. In addition, a pair of left and right paper receiving arms are installed along the outside of one side of the paper and have an overall ζ shape, so there is a gap formed by the partitioning device in the center of one side of the paper. The tip of the arm is first inserted into the section, and then as the shaft rotates, it is inserted sequentially from the tip to the root section, and since the angle between the arm and the paper at the insertion point is almost the same as the predetermined angle of inclination, the insertion The process is done smoothly and does not damage the paper. Further, in the lifted state, the central curved portion of the arm supports the paper at a location considerably closer to the center than the edges, so there is no risk of the paper slipping off during conveyance. Furthermore, since the arm rotation axis can be adjusted along the outside of one side of the paper, it can be used to transport paper of any size.
