体1も金属板の単なるプレス成形によつて所望形
状に簡単に形成することができ、従つて軽量な歯
付き伝動ベルトプーリを簡単容易に且つ安価に製
作することができる。しかも金属板製プーリ主体
1には軸孔周辺部の大きな負荷変動に対しても十
分対抗し得る強度を保有させることができ、また
同じく金属板製基台6にも、合成樹脂製ベルト懸
回部7を伝動ベルトの張力や伝達トルクに抗して
強固に支持し得るだけの強度を保有させることが
