This type of humidifier humidifies indoor air by forcibly passing it through a filter that absorbs water, but the conventional structure of this type of humidifier is that the lower end of the filter is immersed in a water tank, and the upper end of the filter is The filter was sprayed with water sprayed by a pump, so that almost the entire filter absorbed the water. In this conventional example, the filter absorbs water over the entire area and causes it to descend toward the aquarium.
Since the movement is slow, adhesion bonds occur between the water particles, forming a film of substantially stationary water over the entire area of the filter. Therefore, the room air that passes through this filter cannot be circulated at a specified flow rate because there is not enough ventilation interval, and in order to achieve this, the filter area must be increased and the size of the filter must be increased. Furthermore, when water particles become large-diameter particles due to bonding between them, there is also a drawback that they are difficult to vaporize even when they come into contact with indoor air.

On the other hand, in the drive unit 3, a support plate 7 having an air hole around the circumference is horizontally suspended in a cylinder, and a motor 9 with a rotating shaft 8 protruding vertically is attached to the center of the supporting plate 7. A fan 10 is provided at the upper end, and a cylindrical pump 1 protrudes downward at the lower end.

A screw 12 for screwing is integrally formed. The fan 10 also rotates to supply air from the inlet 4 to the water tank 2 and the drive unit 3.
The air is sucked into the room and returned to the room through the upper opening 13 of the drive unit 3.

It is attached to the lower end of the shaft so that it can rotate with the rotation of the shaft. As an example, when the screw 12 is screwed in, the screw 12 is clamped to the washer 15 of the rotary shaft 8, but other attachment methods may be used, and it is preferable that the screw 12 be detachable.

The water splashed on 4 is passed through the rotating filter 14.
water particles move from the center to the periphery due to centrifugal force, suppressing adhesion between water particles and making it difficult for them to combine.
It becomes difficult to form a film. Therefore, sufficient ventilation gaps are created between the water particles through which air can pass,
During this passage, the air absorbs moisture and returns to the room through the upper opening 13, humidifying the room.

Since the amount of humidification is determined by the moisture absorption rate, an improvement in the moisture absorption rate directly leads to an increase in the amount of humidification, and when obtaining a predetermined amount of humidification, the area of the filter 14 can be reduced, making it possible to downsize. In addition, even if the centrifugal spray type or ultrasonic type heats the blown air, the amount of humidification is determined by the amount of air blown rather than the degree of heating, but in the case of the vaporization type, the blown air directly absorbs moisture. Heating the air and lowering its relative humidity has great significance in increasing the amount of humidification.

It has two characteristics: the water absorbed by the filter can be moved to the surrounding area by centrifugal force, suppressing adhesion between water particles, and allowing sufficient ventilation intervals between water particles to pass through the filter. The amount of humidification can be increased by increasing the amount of air. In addition, in the method of turning water into mist and scattering it in the air, various substances contained in the water are scattered in the air together with the mist and have a negative impact on furniture, etc., but the present invention does not use such a method, so there is no possibility of this happening. There is no such thing. Furthermore, since the filter does not easily form a water film, the passing air can sufficiently absorb moisture, improving vaporization efficiency. Another feature is that the pump, filter, and fan are arranged on the same axis so that they are rotated by a single motor, which effectively guides the water from the pump to the filter and allows the air to pass through the filter effectively. Can form a flow.
Furthermore, compared to a system in which the fan and pump are driven by separate motors, it can be made extremely compact and sufficiently inexpensive.
