下地材に関する物である。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention uses a plate-shaped material made of foamed plastic as a substrate, and coats one or both surfaces of the substrate with a first coating composition consisting of an aqueous liquid containing an aqueous emulsion as a main component and an isocyanate compound or an isocyanate polymer. It is characterized by coating the product (a), and then painting or spraying a second coating composition (b) containing as main components one or more of an aqueous emulsion and a powdery material, a granular material, and a fibrous material. Lightweight and fire resistant,
This article relates to a base material for mortar coating that has excellent soundproofing properties, heat insulation properties, and workability.

However, in both cases, a base paper of wood or gypsum board is placed on the surface, which not only does not improve the fire resistance, but also has a small soundproofing effect and is expensive.

It is used for the purpose of preventing poor curing, and also lath netting,
It is used to ensure the retention of the cement mortar layer on the wall by enclosing the lath network when the cement mortar hardens.

難いことなどが欠点として指摘されている。 In this way, in the case of cement mortar coating, the preparation process requires a lot of labor, which is an impediment to rationalization, but in recent years, in order to solve these problems, toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate, etc. It is an integral panel coated with a resin or rubber paint soluble in organic solvents such as butanol, or a mixture of cement and synthetic resin, and can replace the conventional rough wood boards, waterproof paper sheets, and lath mesh. Efforts are being made to streamline the process, but there are problems such as the use of large amounts of organic solvents in the manufacturing process, poor workability when cutting cement-coated panels, and difficulty in achieving the adhesion of cement mortar on-site. It has been pointed out as a drawback.
