Conventional floor slabs were constructed by placing a form board at the bottom of the floor slab, placing the required reinforcement on top of it, pouring concrete, and removing the form board after the concrete hardened to construct the floor slab. . In this construction method, the formwork plates generally do not have sufficient strength to support the weight of the uncured floor slab concrete, so it was necessary to erect supports at the required spacing density. For this reason, it took a lot of time to assemble and dismantle the formwork, and the construction period was also long.Furthermore, since the entire floor slab was made of cast-in-place concrete, there was a drawback that the quality was likely to vary.

This invention was made in view of the above circumstances, and its gist is that a precast concrete floor plate with ribs protruding along its length is placed at the lower surface of the floor slab to be poured, and its longitudinal end is poured into a concrete wall. Placed on the upper end of the installation form board, and placing reinforcement across the top of the concrete wall on the floor board,
A floor slab characterized in that the gap formed by the rib between the upper end of the form plate and the lower surface of the floor plate is filled with a synthetic resin foam to close it, and then concrete is poured over the floor plate and across the concrete wall portion. This is the construction method.

Precast concrete slabs have ribs that extend along the length, and tension reinforcing bars are placed to introduce prestress, making it difficult for distortion and cracks to occur due to concrete loads. For this reason, it is placed at the bottom of the floor slab in place of a form board, and the lengthwise end is placed and supported on the top end of the form board for concrete wall pouring, allowing concrete to be poured without supporting the central part. can be set. In addition, concrete can be poured for the floor slab on the upper surface of the floor plate and the wall at the same time, and concrete does not flow out from the gap formed by the rib between the upper end of the wall form and the lower surface of the floor slab. The precast concrete floor slab is integrated with the poured concrete to form a floor slab without having to be removed from the mold. Therefore, there is no need to assemble or dismantle formwork or erect multiple supports, making construction more efficient and shortening the construction period. At the same time, it is possible to synthesize and integrate homogeneous, high-precision precast concrete slabs using factory products. This can also improve the accuracy and reliability of the floor slab. In addition, concrete can be placed at the same time as the wall that forms the surrounding building frame, which streamlines construction and improves the strength of the bond with the building frame.

以下図示する実施例により説明する。 This will be explained below with reference to the illustrated embodiments.

Figures 1 and 2 also show the construction method of the present invention, in which a precast concrete floor slab 2 with V-shaped ribs 1 protruding from its lower surface is attached to a formwork for pouring a concrete wall 3 at its longitudinal end. It is placed on the upper end of the board 4 and placed at the lower surface of the floor slab, and the plurality of floor slabs 2 are laid over the entire surface of the floor slab with their widthwise end faces brought together. On top of this, reinforcing bars 5 were arranged in a grid pattern, and at the same time reinforcing bars 6 spanning the upper part of the concrete wall 3 were arranged. Also,
A polystyrene foam 10 is packed and arranged in the recess between the ribs 1 and 1 on the lower surface of the longitudinal end of the precast concrete slab 2, and the gap between the upper end of the form board 4 and the lower surface of the recess of the deck 2 is filled. was occluded. After that, concrete 7 is poured to form a floor slab. At the same time, concrete 7 is poured into the wall formwork 4 to construct a concrete wall.

In this embodiment, one wall has an opening 8.
Since the supporting force of the formwork board 4 was low, the lengthwise end of the floor slab 2 on the formwork board 4 side was reinforced and supported using fixed length supports 9.

Note that this polystyrene foam 10 may be any other synthetic resin foam, but it is preferable to use one that is slightly larger than the recess size and compress it under the load of the floor slab 2 to eliminate gaps. This foam 10 can function as a heat insulating material without having to be removed even after concrete is poured.

The floor slab 2 withstood the weight of the hardened concrete 7 without causing any distortion or cracking, and there was no need to support the intermediate portion. Further, the floor slab 2 could be easily cut into required dimensions using a concrete cutter, and holes for piping could be drilled therein. After the concrete hardens, the construction of the floor slab and side walls is completed by simply removing the side wall formwork 4.
