For example, in order to ensure that notifications and report items related to legal amendments are as error-free as possible from government offices, etc., and to ensure that the purpose of the notification is thoroughly understood, it is necessary to provide detailed illustrations and examples for easy understanding. It was necessary to make an effort to publish it.

(indication of person, title, greeting, etc.) are printed, and two or more sheets are superimposed on each other in a three-fold format, so that each facing side is folded in three, and finally it becomes an envelope. The four sides of the overlapping facing surfaces are glued along the set perforations.

The envelope of the present invention is that after printing out the necessary information such as the addressee and notification article on a continuous slip using a computer, it can be processed by a post-processing machine (heat sealer) to be processed into a tri-fold envelope and sent. As a continuous slip polymer, after printing out the necessary information, the continuous slip polymer can be folded in a zigzag pattern and held. The recipient can immediately read the notification article by cutting out three sides along the perforations, and it can be used as a detailed guide in booklet format, such as a catalog, and a reply postcard or reply envelope can be attached if necessary. If a question arises, it will be used and sent back for an answer immediately.

It is manufactured by gluing the periphery of the polymer contact surface, and partitions and separation perforations are cut at appropriate times before and after the polymerization. The continuous slip polymer of the present invention produced as described above can be stored by being folded in a zigzag manner, in which case the adhesive layer on the folding surface does not come into contact with each other;
Does not cause sticking or blocking. The continuous slip polymer of the present invention can be shipped by printing out the recipient's address and other specific information, cutting it into envelope sheets, folding them along the partition perforations, and sealing them. Of course, the above-mentioned zigzag folding may be omitted and the operations subsequent to printing out specific items may be performed continuously. Further, when a copying method is adopted, a desired copy is made at the time of the above-mentioned printout.

その効用は真に大である。 The most important feature of the present invention is that the polymer of continuous slips for direct mail allows computer processing of a large number of desired documents, and enables mechanical processing of enclosing correspondence, etc. in a consistent working format. In order to achieve this purpose, a polymer of continuous slips with predetermined shapes printed and glued is preformed in a high-speed processing machine, folded in a zigzag pattern, and provided with a specific shape. By applying heat-adhesive adhesive to the upper layer of paper sheets A and the lower layer of paper sheets C, blocking does not occur on the contact surfaces in that state, so when creating and shipping envelopes, a much larger amount of information than before can be stored. Envelopes containing documents can be created quickly and easily, which not only reduces work time but also dramatically increases accuracy, which saves labor.
Its effectiveness is truly great.

点を解消することができたものである。 Traditionally, direct mail from businesses, etc., and correspondence course textbooks, etc., have been wrapped in large envelopes, some of which have been mechanically processed using address printing machines, but most of the mail has been wrapped in bags. Because the process from packing to shipping relied on human handwritten notes, the accuracy was less reliable, and the loss of expense and time was enormous. According to the invention, such problems can be solved.

の袋詰め作業に頼らざるを得ないのである。 Therefore, the current state of affairs for tax payment notifications is to use carbon-free paper, for example, to form a four-page notification document, and then to send it out in a bag, ie, a window envelope. Therefore, if the current format of tax notices is maintained and promoted as is, compared to other single-sheet formats, it will be completely impossible to use a heat sealer to convert printed documents into envelopes. This is impossible, and we have no choice but to rely on the cumbersome conventional bagging process.

連続伝票の重合体。1 Consisting of three leaf pieces connected in a direction perpendicular to the flow of continuous slips through a partition perforation, a sheet of paper with predetermined regular information printed on the front and back sides passes through the separation perforation in the direction of flow. For the envelope paper leaf polymer part of the continuous slip that is connected to the continuous slip and that constitutes the polymer of the continuous slip, at least the four peripheries of the contact surfaces of these polymers are glued with an aqueous glue. A heat-fusible adhesive layer is attached to the surfaces of the upper central leaflet and the right leaflet, and the back surfaces of the lower left leaflet and the center leaflet of the envelope sheet, and to the four peripheral edges of each of the two adjacent leaflets. The distance from the periphery of the upper and lower halves of the adhesive layer is different from the adhesive layer width or more, and the adhesive is applied in a symmetrical shape with respect to the partition perforation between two adjacent leaf pieces, and the envelope sheet is folded in a zigzag pattern. A polymer continuous slip for direct mail that can be folded in a zigzag manner by the tear-off perforations, which are formed by cutting perforations at the opening positions on three sides of the envelope formed when the envelope is opened.
