However, in these solenoid valves, in addition to the above-mentioned parts, the connection structure of the end of the coil that constitutes the solenoid part, that is, the connection structure between the end of the coil and the external lead wire, also has sufficient vibration resistance. Although this is necessary, conventional connection structures for the terminals of this coil, including the above-mentioned conventional technology, have mainly adopted a method in which the terminal of the solenoid coil is directly connected to the external lead wire, so it is difficult to avoid vibrations. However, there was a problem in that it was easy to cause poor connections.

Next, a procedure for assembling the electromagnetic valve 1 to the object to be attached 13 will be explained. The attached body 13 shown in FIG. 3 is a carburetor body in which this type of electromagnetic valve is used, and a valve body 11 protruding from the tip of a movable iron core 8 is mounted in the middle of a slow system fuel passage 37. A recessed portion 38 is formed into which the tip of the resin bobbin 4 can be fitted. The solenoid valve 1 has the recessed part 3
8, and the tip of the resin bobbin 4 is fitted into the recess 38, and the fixing plate 25 is brought into contact with the object to be attached 13 via the O-ring 39, and the fixing plate 25 The fixing screw 31 inserted through the round hole 32 of the bracket 30 connected to the valve is screwed into the screw hole 40 of the mounted body 13, and after adjusting the positional relationship between the solenoid valve 1 and the mounted body 13, Hole 3
By screwing the fixing screw 31 inserted into the mounting body 13 into the mounting body 13, the bracket 30 is attached to the mounting body 1.
3 to be assembled. The ground end 5b of the coil 5 is connected to the fixed iron core 10 and the metal frame 3 via a terminal fitting 18 made of a metal spring material.
Since the attached body 13 is also normally grounded, the bracket 30
If it is fixed to the object to be attached 13, the wiring of the ground end 5b of the coil 5 is completed at the same time. The power supply end 5a side of the coil 5 is connected to a lead wire 20 led from the control circuit side to the terminal fitting 17 to which the power supply end 5a is connected, and the lead wire 20 is connected to the terminal fitting 17 to which the power supply end 5a is connected. A midway portion of the wire 20 is locked to a clamp portion 35.

Terminal fitting 1 in which the ground end 5b of the coil is fixed to the bobbin 4 via the molded coating as described above.
8, and its terminal fitting 18 is in elastic contact with the outer circumferential surface of the fixed iron core 10. Therefore, at the same time as the electromagnetic valve is assembled, the electrical connection between the grounding end and the fixed iron core is completed, and the soldering is completed. Since no attachment work is required, the efficiency of assembly work can be further improved. In particular, even if the vehicle is subject to strong vibrations, the above-mentioned contact is maintained well at all times.

Further, the back plate 27 is pressed against the end surface of the electromagnetic valve body via an O-ring 34 disposed around the axis of the fixed iron core 10, thereby bringing the terminal fitting 18 and the fixed iron core 10 into contact with each other. In order to do this, the contact space provided in the solenoid section 7 is made airtight, which prevents the contact portion from rusting due to the intrusion of moisture in the air and maintains a stable contact state for many years. can.

Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the metal frame 3 is integrally formed with a bracket 30 having an insertion hole for a screw member to be screwed into the mounting body.
The bracket 30 as a mounting member and the fixing plate 25 form a single part, and the number of parts can be reduced. Further, on the outer surface of the solenoid section 7, a clamp section 35 for clamping the lead wire connected to the other end of the coil is integrally formed with the mold coating, so that the clamp section 35 for clamping the lead wire connected to the other end of the coil is integrally formed with the mold coating. There is no need to separately prepare a clamp member, and the number of parts can also be reduced in this respect.

As described in detail above, according to the present invention, the ground end 5b of the coil 5 is connected to the terminal fitting 18 made of a metal spring material fixed to the bobbin 4 through the molded coating, and the terminal fitting 18 is By resiliently contacting the outer peripheral surface of the fixed iron core 10, the ground end 5b of the coil 5 is connected to the fixed iron core 1.
0 and the back plate 2
A terminal 7 is pressed against the end surface of the electromagnetic valve body 2 via an O-ring 34 disposed around the axis of the fixed iron core 10, thereby elastically contacting the outer peripheral surface of the fixed iron core 10. Since the contact space for the metal fitting 18 is airtight, it is possible to provide a solenoid valve with a coil connection structure that can withstand vehicle vibrations sufficiently and maintain good electrical contact at all times, and also to maintain this good contact structure. It can be maintained well for many years.
