In other words, this control rod replacement work is normally done by pulling the control rods loaded into the core of the pressure vessel out of the core using a gripping tool using a hoisting rope installed above the pressure vessel. However, since the lower part of this control rod is inserted into a control rod housing that is integrated with the control rod guide tube provided at the bottom of the pressure vessel, the inner circumference of this control rod housing and If dust or water scale adheres to the gap between the control rod and the outer periphery, the control rod cannot be pulled out smoothly. Therefore, the control rod drive mechanism inserted into the control rod housing is called a control rod exchanger. After that, the control rod lifting device is inserted into the control rod housing and the control rod is pulled up with the hoisting rope of the hoisting machine, and the control rod lifting device is removed from below. The control rod is pushed up to provide assistance.

There is a risk that these substances may leak to surfaces and contaminate the inside of the containment vessel.

るものである。 In view of the above-mentioned points, the present invention provides a drain cover on the main body of a control rod exchanger, a drain hole is bored in a part of the main body, a filter is detachably inserted into the drain hole, and the drain cover is provided in the main body of the control rod exchanger. A drainage hose was attached to the tank to allow safe collection of radioactive impurities in the water when replacing control rods, and also to allow easy overtreatment of radioactive impurities without exposure to radiation. The present invention provides a control rod exchange device.

A cylindrical drainage cover 6 is provided so as to resiliently contact a portion of the lower opening 1a of the control rod housing 1. Further, a bolt attachment/detachment rod 7 is provided on the upper part of the main body 5 so as to be able to rotate reversibly.
A drainage hole 8 is vertically bored in the main body 5 adjacent to the bolt attachment/detachment rod 7. Further, as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 3, a conical filter 9 with a flange 9a is removably inserted into the upper inlet 8a of the drain hole 8. , the impurities of the activated leaked reactor water in the control rod housing 1 are filtered out. Furthermore, a drain hose 10 is attached to the lower outlet 8b of the drain hole 8, and the lower end 10a of the drain hose 10 is connected to the containment vessel 11.
It extends into a pit 12 provided in the. or,
Inside the control rod housing 1 in which the control rod drive mechanism 2 is installed, as shown in an enlarged view in FIG.
A filter 13 having a flange 13a and a bulge 13b is provided, and like the filter 9 described above, this filter 13 has the following features:
It has become possible to detect radioactive impurities in water.
