動させることにより、昇降杆を上昇させて、之れ
の左右両端を容体の側壁に突設した鉤形係止部へ
係止させて、その規定係止負荷に達したとき、加
圧摘みの回動規制装置が作動し加圧摘みをフリー
の状態とすると共に、加圧摘みの案内螺筒の螺杆
への規定螺子込みにより蓋体を容体へ規定圧嵌合
させて、圧力調理器の内部圧を好ましいゲージ圧
(約1.8〜2.0Kgf/cm2)に保持し得るので、従来の
圧力調理器の様な不確実な内部圧即ち、蓋体の圧
嵌が弱い場合は、容体の開口部からの蒸気洩れに
よる圧力低下を、逆に蓋体の圧嵌が強い場合は、
蒸気洩れはないが高圧化を生じ易くなる様なこと
はなく、繰返し蓋体の圧嵌を行つても内部圧を常
時、所定規定値に設定し得ると共に、加圧摘みは
従来の加圧摘みと同じ操作であるから、操作が確
実で、簡単であるし、又蓋体の容体への規定圧に
よる圧嵌により、之れが蓋体に設けた第一・第二
圧力調整弁より、更に安全な第三の圧力調整機構
の作用もする。即ち、規定値以上の圧力に達する
とパツキングが変形して、蓋体の嵌合部分からの
蒸気逃がしを可能として圧力調整し、超高圧によ
る調理器の爆発事故を防止し、安全性を大巾に向
上させることも出来る特有の効果を発揮するもの
である。
