る。このような遠心成形装置において問題になる
ことは、成形型内周面に対する強化繊維布の巻き
移しを如何に正確に行なうかである。なぜなら
ば、正確に行なわなかつた場合には、例えば成形
型内周面上の強化繊維布が波状となり、以つて品
質低下を招くことになる。ところで巻き移しを正
確に行なうには、強化繊維布を心金にしつかりと
保持させておくことと、成形型が所定回転数にな
つたときに保持解除を瞬時に行なうことが必要で
ある。

環状体4間に成形面5が形成される。台車6に支
持された心金7は成形型1に対して挿入可能であ
つて、その先端と基端には夫々リング体8,9が
シール部材10,11を介して回転可能に取付け
てある。12は両リング体8,9間に連設され且
つ心金7に外嵌する筒体で、該心金7との間隙に
はシール部材10,11で漏れ防止を行なつた状
態で油13が加圧状態で封入されている。この油
13を封入する理由は、該油13の圧力により薄
く製作した筒体12を拡張することによつて潤滑
効果を上げることであり、同時に機械加工を省略
し得る。前記筒体12の外側には約半周に亘つて
弾性板14が巻回されている。この弾性板14の
一端はゴム板15を介して筒体12に移動可能に
取付けてあり、また他端はガイド板16を介して
筒体12に摺動可能に取付けてある。前記弾性板
14の一端側には湾曲して前方に延びる押圧部1
4Aが形成まれている。17は前記押圧部14A
を心金7に対して接近離間動させる作動装置で、
弾性板14内において筒体12の外周で押圧部1
4Aの近くに配設され且つ軸芯方向に往復移動可
能な可動部材18と、この可動部材18を往復動
させるシリンダ19と、前記可動部材18の側部
において適当間隔置きに複数個形成された傾斜カ
ム溝20と、これら傾斜カム溝20に係合するピ
ン21と、各ピン21と前記弾性板14とを連結
する連結板22とからなる。前記シリンダ19へ
の作動流体の供給は次のようにして行なわれる。
すなわち、前記リング体9に外嵌し且つステー2
3を介して台車6側に支持される環体24と、リ
ング体9の外周に形成した環状溝25と、この環
状溝25と前記シリンダ19とを連通する連絡路
26ならびに連絡管27と、前記環状溝25に対
向すべく環体24の内面に形成した凹部28と、
この凹部28と台車6側の供給源(図示せず)と
を連通する連絡管29と、リング体9と環体24
との間において環状溝25の両側に配設されたシ
ール部材30とが設けられる。31は強化繊維
布、31aはその遊端を示す。
