が支持部9と当接して下方への移動が阻止され、
ヘツドレスト5は設定位置に保持される。また、
ヘツドレスト5の位置を変更する場合には、本体
6を手等により下方に押圧するかまたは上方に押
上げることにより、上記摩擦力に抗してヘツドレ
ストを所要量だけ移動させればよく、ヘツドレス
