移りに危険を伴う点で実用上問題があつた。 Studker cranes, which are generally used in automated warehouses, are operated by remote control or computer control, and therefore do not normally require a driver's cab. The room is installed on a lifting platform. On the other hand, if a load collapses during delivery at the top of a rack, workers use a ladder installed on a post to climb onto the lifting platform that is stopped at a high place. It was dangerous work. As a safety measure for this kind of work, it is also possible to install a passenger elevator parallel to the post, completely separate from the operator's cab on the lifting/lowering platform, but this is accompanied by a significant increase in cost, and it is difficult to connect the elevator cage to the lifting/lowering platform. There was a practical problem in that it was dangerous to transfer.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 1 denotes a stacker crane main body, which travels along a shelf guided by a floor rail 2 and a ceiling rail 3 for steadying. Reference numeral 4 denotes an elevating loading platform that is moved up and down between the front and rear posts 5 and 6 of the main body 1 while being guided by an elevating guide rail 7 attached to the post.
The side near one post 6 is provided with a cargo delivery fork 8 that can move in and out left and right, and the side near the other post 5 is provided with an opening 9 for lifting and lowering the driver's cab. 1
0 is a driver's cab that can be raised and lowered, and is supported so as to be raised and lowered by an elevator guide rail 11 that is provided on the main body 1 in parallel with the post 5 at a position that vertically passes through the opening 9. 13 to position A where the main body 1 is placed on the lower machine frame 14 and the lifting platform 4.
It is alternatively fixed in position B, where it stands up. In addition, at position B, the lower end of the driver's cab 10 is located on the lifting platform 4.
It fits into the opening 9 of. Further, a stopper may be provided to prevent the operator's cab 10 from moving upwardly with respect to the lifting platform 4 beyond this position B, or a stopper may be provided to prevent the operator's cab 10 from moving upwardly with respect to the lifting platform 4. It may be possible to move it. Reference numeral 15 designates engaged members protruding from both left and right outer sides of the driver's cab 10 so as to engage with the locking means 12 and 13. The locking means 12 and 13 may be of any type, such as one in which the locking action is performed automatically and the locking is released manually.

ない。 In FIG. 1, 16 is a drive device for raising and lowering the lifting platform 4, 17 is a drive device for raising and lowering the driver's cab 10, and 18 is a drive device for driving the main body 1. As shown in FIG. 3, the drive device 16 is for pulling in or letting out the suspension rope 19 for suspending the lift platform 4, and the drive device 17 is for pulling in or letting out the suspension rope 19 for suspending the driver's cab 10.
It pulls in or lets out. 21,2
2 is a tension weight attached to the other end side of the hanging ropes 19, 20, and is guided to move up and down along the columnar space inside the posts 5, 6 or outside the posts 5, 6. . There are various ways to connect the hanging ropes 19 and 20, and the method is not limited to the one shown.

できる。 During operation under normal remote control or computer control, the operator's cab 10 is lowered to position A as shown by the solid line in FIG. Also, main body 1
By moving the rack with a drive device 13, loads can be automatically taken in and out of the shelves.
At the time of trial run adjustment, the driver's cab 1 is locked by the locking means 12.
0 is released, and the lifting platform 4 and the driver's cab 10, which have been lowered to the lowest position, are fixed by the locking means 13. Once the driver's cab 10 is fixed to the lifting platform 4, the driver who has entered the driver's cab 10 with the clutch of the drive device 17 released and the hanging cable 20 free will operate the vehicle as described above. It is possible to operate the drive devices 16 and 18 and perform the work as before. In this case, instead of leaving the hanging rope 20 free, the driving devices 16 and 17 may be operated synchronously to move the lifting platform 4 and the driver's cab 10 up and down together.

も良い。 During normal unmanned operation with the driver's cab 10 fixed at position A, a cargo collapse occurred on the elevating cargo platform 4 or between the platform and the shelf while the elevating cargo platform 4 was located at a high place. In such cases, a worker gets into the operator's cab 10 and operates the drive device 17 to raise the operator's cab 10 to position B where it stands on the lifting platform 4. Moreover, it is possible to safely transfer from the top of this elevating loading platform 4 to the shelf to correct the collapse of the cargo. In addition, the driver's cab 10 has at least an elevating cargo platform 4.
There is an entrance with an opening/closing door on the side. During an inventory survey, the lifting platform 4 can be positioned at the lowest position and only the driver's cab 10 with the worker on board can be raised and lowered to carry out the desired work. It may be integrated and raised and lowered.

が出来る。 According to such a stacker crane of the present invention, the operator's cab required for manual operation is separated from the lifting/lowering loading platform so that it can be lifted and lowered independently. The driver's cab can be used as a human elevator for lifting and lowering a cargo platform that is stopped at a station, and costs can be significantly reduced compared to the case where a human elevator is installed separately from the driver's cab. Moreover, according to the present invention, since the driver's cab can be fixed to the lifting platform by the locking means, there is no need to drive the driver's cab and the lifting platform synchronously up and down using respective lifting drive means.
For example, simply by raising and lowering the lifting platform using the lifting drive means of the lifting loading platform, the driver's cab can be raised and lowered integrally with the lifting loading platform without shifting its position, which is not only easy to control but also safe. Furthermore, by providing an opening for raising and lowering the driver's cab on the lifting platform, it is possible to easily fix the driver's cab to the lifting platform using the locking means.
In addition, it is possible to easily and safely go in and out from the operator's cab to the place where the load transfer means on the lifting platform is installed.
