Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 1, the wiring for an electric cooking device has been such that terminals 2 are welded to both ends of a heating element 1, and the terminals 2 are further held with an insulator 3 such as ceramic. Therefore, for wiring, as shown in the figure, a connector 5 is fixed to the tip of the power cord 4, and the connector 5 is connected to the power cord 4.
Insert it into time switch 6 or the lower heating element,
Alternatively, it could be tightened with a screw via the lead wire 7. However, in this structure, it is essential to provide the insulator 3 and the terminal 2 at both ends of the heating element, and this has hindered cost reduction. On the other hand, tightening the screws to the terminal 2, which is exposed to high temperatures, may cause poor continuity. Furthermore, since the pipe 8 containing the heating element is made of ceramic or the like, it is easily destroyed by the vibration of the insulator 3 when a strong impact is applied to the cooker. Against this background, it is desirable to eliminate the insulator 3, but if the lead wire 7 is simply welded to the heating element 1 during wiring, the rigidity of the heating element 1 will be completely lost when the heating element 1 becomes ripe. As a result, there is a risk that the heating element 1 may separate from the pipe 8. It is also possible to use a rigid metal plate or rod instead of the lead wire 7, but in this case, supporting the metal plate or rod securely so that it does not move requires a special member to support them. In this case,
On the contrary, the number of parts increases, leading to higher costs.

In FIG. 2, reference numeral 9 denotes a side wall forming a cooking chamber, and holds pipes 10 and 11 above and below the opposing side wall (not shown). 1
2 and 13 are heating elements housed in the pipes 10 and 11; 14 is a time switch; this time switch 14 is provided at a position that is not on the extension of the axes of the pipes 10 and 11; The connector 15 is connected to a connector 17 provided at the other end of a lead wire 16 made of a rigid metal wire such as stainless steel. Note that one end of the lead wire 17 is welded to the upper heating element 12. The other connector 15 of the time switch 14 is a connector 19 fixed to one end of a cord 18 held in the device body.

In the above structure, the lead wire 16 and the upper heating element 1
After welding 2, connect one end of the lead wire 16 to pipe 1.
0, and the connector 17 provided at the other end of the lead wire 16 is connected to the connector 15 of the time switch 14 located diagonally below, so the connector 15 may become loose or the device body may be damaged. If an impact is applied, such as when the pipe is accidentally dropped, the welded portion, that is, the upper heating element 12 tends to separate from the pipe 10. In this case, one end of the lead wire 16 is connected to the time switch 1.
Although the lead wire 16 attempts to draw the trajectory shown in the figure A around the connecting portion with the pipe 10 as the center of rotation, one end of the lead wire 16 gets caught on the inner surface of the pipe 10, so that separation is prevented. On the other hand, in the case of the lower heating element 13 as well, when an impact is applied, it tries to draw the locus shown in FIG. By shortening the length of the cord up to the joint in the direction of arrow C, the bending rigidity of the cord 18 can be sufficiently increased, and in this case as well, there is no risk of detachment. There isn't. In addition, time switch 1
4 may be another functional component.

As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, the heating element can be held without using an insulator terminal.
It can be wired inexpensively and reliably, which not only eliminates the drawbacks caused by insulators and terminals, but also eliminates the risk of lead wire sheathing deteriorating due to heat conduction from the heating element and causing insulation defects. Its industrial value is great.
