本発明は倣いフライス盤におけるスタイラス

デルと被加工物とを並置し、モデルの表面をトレ

動することで、モデル形状どおりに被加工物を切
削加工せんとするものである。従来のかかる倣い
フライス盤におけるスタイラス取付部はトレーサ
ーヘツドに形成されたスタイラス装置孔にスタイ
ラスを挿し込み該装着孔の横に設けられた唯一本
の締付けねじにより該スタイラスを固定するよう
に構成されており、ここでは該スタイラスは加工
行程に応じて時々取替えるものであるため長時間
使用していると挿入部の摩耗等が原因でトレーサ
ーヘツドの軸心とスタイラスの軸心とがくるつて
来ることがあり、それによつて加工精度が悪くな

レーサーヘツド4の先端の軸部8の外周にブシユ
10を挟んで一対のころがり軸受9,9を嵌合
し、該軸受9,9の抜脱を軸部8端にボルト11
止めした蓋板12によつて止着する。軸受9,9
の外周にはクランプ13の筒状部14を嵌着し、
該クランプ13をトレーサーヘツド4に対し同心
的で回転自在となるように取付ける。クランプ1

がりが起きることから摩擦抵抗を非常に軽減で
き、モデル表面を圧迫することなく正確な倣い動

ルの表面をころがることで摩擦抵抗が軽減される
