The purpose is to provide molds and molds.

不体裁となる。 Traditionally, cylindrical members are welded together by pressing the overlapping peripheral parts of the parts to be welded several times with a mold of a predetermined length with the welded parts partially overlapping, or by using a split mold. I'm doing it by whatever means I can. but,
In the former method, continuous peripheral edge portions must be welded several times, resulting in a large number of welding steps and poor work efficiency. In addition, the latter method results in incomplete welding of the abutting portions of the split molds, making it impossible to apply to items such as gloves that require liquid-tightness, and the split line being exposed, resulting in an unsightly appearance.

い。 The method of the present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and in welding cylindrical members made of soft synthetic resin to each other, a hollow lower die in which the lower welding blade part is truncated and conical is provided with openings at both ends to be welded. After capping the cylindrical member from one open end and making the periphery of the other open end face the truncated cone-shaped slope, the other cylindrical member to be welded is placed into the hollow part of the lower mold, and one end of the cylindrical member is capped. Turn the opening periphery over and overlap it on the periphery of the cylindrical member which has been made to face the surface, and then use an upper mold having an upper welding blade part with an inner surface tapered corresponding to the truncated conical lower welding blade part, and then apply the overlapping part to the cylindrical member. It is characterized by being welded together. Incidentally, the overlap may be such that either side is on top.

型代も安い。 As described above, one of the upper and lower molds is hollow, and the welding surface is a truncated pyramidal slope (truncated pyramid or truncated cone), one of the cylindrical members to be welded is placed over the lower mold, and the other is By inserting the cylindrical member into the hollow and partially turning it over, an overlapping portion to be welded to the periphery of the upper end of the lower mold is formed. This overlapping part is exposed without intervening within the operating range of the upper mold, so if the upper mold corresponding to the overlapping part is closed, the entire circumference will be welded in a liquid-tight manner in one welding operation, and the welding Work efficiency is significantly improved. Furthermore, the mold used in the method of the present invention has a very simple structure, comprising a truncated cone-shaped welding blade and a corresponding welding blade, so the mold cost is lower than that of a split mold or the like.
