般的であつた。しかしこの構成では円形パーツフ
イーダ100と移載装置101を別置にしている
ため、次のような問題点があつた。

4は移載構成を固定するための支柱で、一端は基
板1に固定されており、他端は前記加振部2とボ
ウル部3の貫通穴に位置している。支柱4は円形
パーツフイーダの加振部2及びボウル部3との接
触は全くなく、円形パーツフイーダの振動の影響
を受けることはない。5は支柱4に固定され円形
パーツフイーダの中央部から被移載側に突出し、
円形パーツフイーダにて整列された部品を、水平
方向に移送するモータ駆動式の移載装置である。

部品を鉛直方向に移送する空気シリンダ式の移載
装置6が取付けられている。鉛直方向の移載装置
