It is an object of the present invention to provide a fully automatic rice cooker that can wash rice and that does not require a power source for rice washing such as a rice washing blade or a pump. I will explain. 1 is a main body of a fully automatic rice cooker, 2 is a rice cooker layer, and a rice cooker pot 3 is disposed in this rice cooker layer 2. 4 is a rice bin at the bottom of the main body 1, 5 is a rice measuring chamber at the top of the main body 1, and 6 is a rice transfer pipe connecting the rice measuring chamber 5 and the rice bin 4. Reference numeral 7 denotes a substantially cylindrical rice washing chamber disposed below the rice measuring chamber 5, and is configured to wash rice and measure water. The rice washing chamber 7 is equipped with a partition plate 9 which integrally has a rainbow-funnel-shaped rice guide 8 on the upper center side and has a large number of holes 9a around it that are large enough to prevent rice from passing through. It is fixed near the upper end of the rice washing chamber 7. 10 is a water solenoid valve, the operation of which is controlled by a control circuit. Reference numeral 11 denotes a nozzle connected to a hose 30 connected to a water faucet 29, which protrudes from the lower part of the rice washing chamber 7.
The water solenoid valve 10 is provided inside. The inner surface of the lower part of the rice washing chamber 7 where the nozzle 11 is attached is tapered downward. Reference numeral 12 denotes an opening/closing plate which is rotatably arranged around a support shaft 13 attached to the lower end opening 7a of the rice washing chamber 7, and 14 is a spring, which is always connected to the opening/closing plate 12 at the lower end opening of the rice washing chamber 7. A biasing force is applied in the direction of closing the portion 7a. Numeral 15 is a water leakage prevention gasket fixed to the lower surface around the lower end opening 7a and in contact with the opening/closing plate 12. Numeral 16 is a solenoid for opening/closing the opening/closing plate 12, and its operation is controlled by a control circuit. controlled. Reference numeral 17 denotes a link whose both ends are connected by pins to the tip of the plunger 16a of the solenoid 16 and a protrusion 12a protruding from the opening/closing plate 12, respectively. A drain pipe 18 is fixed to the side surface of the rice washing chamber 7 so that its upper end is located at the same height as the upper end of the rice washing chamber 7. Note that the partition plate 9
is located at a position slightly lower than the upper end of the drain pipe 18. The height of the drain port of the rice washing chamber 7, that is, the upper end of the drain pipe 18 is set at a position where the amount of water suitable for the volume of rice in the rice measuring chamber 5 can be stored in the rice washing chamber 7. A hose 20 connects the drain pipe 18 and a drain pipe 19 provided on the outer wall of the main body 1. 21 is a power indicator lamp 22 is a timer set knob, 23 is a rice amount setting button for setting the amount of rice to be cooked, 24 is a water amount adjustment button for adjusting the amount of water during cooking, 2
5 is an outer lid that can be opened and closed to cover the upper part of the rice cooker layer 2;
6 is the switch button, 27 is the door of rice bin 4,
28 is a handle for opening and closing the door 27.

るものである。 Next, the operation in the above configuration will be explained.
The amount of rice to be cooked is selected using the rice amount setting button 23, and the amount of water is selected and set using the water amount adjustment button 24. Next, set the rice cooking time using the timer knob 22 and press the switch button 26. At the set time, a rice suction device (not shown) starts operating, and rice is supplied from the rice bin 4 to the rice measuring chamber 5. The weighed rice naturally falls into the rice washing chamber 7 through the rice guide 8 as shown in FIG. Next, water solenoid valve 1
0 opens, and as shown in FIG. 4, water flows into the rice washing chamber 7 from the nozzle 11, creating a vortex that rises in a spiral shape along the tapered shape of the rice washing chamber 7. At the same time, the rice is stirred by this vortex and rises,
bump into. Here, the rice and water are separated, and the rice is drawn into the center by the whirlpool and falls below the rice washing chamber 7, but the rice washing water passes through the holes 9a... provided in the partition plate 9, drains into the drain pipe 18, and drains. Hose 20, drain pipe 1
The water is drained to the outside of the main body 1 through the port 9. When the rice washing is completed, the water solenoid valve 10 is closed, and the water level in the rice washing chamber 7 reaches the height of the drain port of the rice washing chamber 7 [the height of the upper end of the drain pipe 18] as shown in Fig. 5, and the volume of the rice measuring chamber 5 decreases. The appropriate amount of water is measured for each rice. Next, when the solenoid 16 is activated to retract the plunger 16a, the opening/closing plate 12 is connected to the spring 1 via the link 17.
4, the lower end opening 7a of the rice washing chamber 7 is opened, and water and rice are thrown into the rice cooking pot 3 through a chute (not shown). Next, rice cooking is started and completed after a predetermined period of time.

鍋に仕込むことができる。 As described above, according to the fully automatic rice cooker of the present invention, the rice can be washed by stirring the rice using the spirally rising vortex generated by the tapered shape of the lower part of the rice washing chamber and separating the rice and water using the partition plate. It is. Therefore, rice washing can be completed with a small and simple configuration that does not require a rice washing power source such as a rice washing blade or a pump. In addition, since the partition plate is submerged in water when measuring water, even if some rice sticks to the partition plate, when the rice and water are added to the rice cooker, the water on the top of the partition plate will cause the rice to fall off and leave the rice washing room and the rice washing room. There is no rice left on the partition plate, and rice and water can be poured into the rice cooker.
