である。 There is a plate-making machine for mimeograph machines called a fax, and the principle behind this is that light emitted from a light source lamp is applied to the original through a lens, and a phototube converts the reflected light into the strength of an electric current depending on the shading of the original. This is then enlarged and used to create a plate by making minute holes in the vinyl base paper using an electrical discharge phenomenon at the tip of a recording stylus. Therefore, a colored light source cannot sufficiently detect the difference between a highly reflective pen, such as a yellow felt-tip pen, drawn on a white original with a colored light source. By taking advantage of this fact, we are attempting to produce a mimeograph plate for two-color printing using a small number of manuscripts.

The drawings enclosed in dotted lines in FIG. 1 show the original manufacturing process. First, A in Figure 1 is a drawing of the original draft assuming the finished product after printing, and B in Figure 1 shows the first color of the manuscript being produced, with the text ``Notice'' and a photo written on it. ing. These letters and photographs are black because the letters are drawn using a black felt-tip pen and the photographs themselves are used. Next, based on A in FIG. 1, the word "News" is drawn in, for example, "red" on the third manuscript. B is actually used as a manuscript.
and C. When such a manuscript is applied to the original plate making machine 5, a vinyl base paper 6 is produced as described above. One is the base paper for black and the other is the base paper for red.

Next, in order to print the red part, the base paper for the "red" part is attached to the rotary copying machine 9, and when the paper on which the black part has been printed is hung on the mimeograph machine, a printed matter 10 in which black and red are mixed is produced. climb.

Further, there were drawbacks such as difficulty in printing a finished product in which the first color and the second color overlapped or were separated from each other more than necessary.

である。 The present invention eliminates the drawbacks of the conventional method and allows anyone to quickly and inexpensively perform beautiful two-color printing.By using, for example, yellow, which has a high reflectance, "yellow" is printed instead of "red" in the original draft of A. The aim is to reduce the number of original pages by one by using .

As shown in Figure 2A, on a document that you want to print in two colors, for example, draw "Notice" or a photo in the first color with a black felt-tip pen, which has a low reflectance, and then draw the text such as "News" in the second color with a high reflectance. The first document 11 is drawn with a felt-tip pen of a high color, for example, yellow. If this is directly applied to the original plate making machine, only black, which has a low reflectance, will be detected and made into the vinyl base paper, so that an original plate 12 of only the first color will be completed. Characters such as ``News'' are blanked out because they cannot be detected.

Specifically, a transparent paper 13 is placed on top of the original prepared in FIG. 2A, and the yellow portion is copied in red, which has a low reflectance. Now the second color original 1
4 is completed, this is applied to an original plate making machine to create an original plate, and an original plate 15 of the second color is completed. As the paper 13, a transparent plastic film original paper as shown in FIG. 3 is used. This paper has a center line 16, paper size 17, markings, etc. printed on a film that is one size larger than the effective area using highly reflective ink. Paper 13 to paper 1
1, it is possible to add characters, etc. while checking the overlapping of sheets, color misalignment, etc. during manuscript creation.

Printing was often left to printers.

Furthermore, the first color and the second color do not overlap or separate, making it easy to print and create an original plate. The use of transparent plastic film paper has the advantage that if water-soluble ink is used, it can be reused by wiping it off with a wet cloth.

It is possible to create an original plate that can be printed in any number of colors by marking the colors, and conversely, it is possible to add or modify the first plate by overlaying the first plate on the second plate.
