第1図に従い説明すると、コンクリート打設
時、壁縦筋のジヨイントとして鉄筋を床部7より
突出させておく必要がある。該鉄筋は、コンクリ

出しの作業時に非常に邪魔になり、かつまた、つ
まずく等の安全上の問題及び鉄筋をラツプジヨイ
ントとして用いると壁そのものの配筋長さに、梁
せいとラツプ代分の長さを加えた余分な長さの鉄
筋を必要とする等の問題がある。従来作業ではコ
ンクリート床部への墨出し、壁型枠の片側建込
み、出入口等の開口部の墨出しが完了して壁配筋
となる。従つて工程上の制約を大きく受け、鉄筋
の加工・組立も現場の墨に合わせて行うため、手
間がかかり、熟練工を必要としていた。また出入
口、設備開口等の取付、それに伴う開口部の鉄筋
補強、配筋検査等壁型枠でふさぐ前の作業・検査
が多く、品質管理上問題も多いのが実状である。
