天(口部)と地(底部)の形状に合せて形成した
二つの刃型で、積み重ねた素材を一度に1ブラン
クづつ即ち封筒の一つづつを打ち抜くようになし
ている。そして次にこの打ち抜いた1ブランク分
の展開状封筒を打抜機より取り除き再度紙を揃え
直した後、この重積された素材を所定位置まで移
動させ、次の打抜を天地二つの刃型で行い、この
順序で連続的に和封筒等の天地抜きを行つてい
る。また他の方法としては、刃型を天地一対とし
これをプレスに取り付けテーブルを移動させ素材
を順次打抜位置へ1ピツチ(1ブランク)づつ送
り込み打ち抜く方法や刃型をプレスに二対以上取
り付け2ブランク以上を同時に打ち抜く方法等が
ある。

プすると共に両側を移行可能の状態で両側の外側
刃型4,6で複数(図例は2個)の連続したブラ
ンクを打ち抜く。次いでこの両刃型4,6を引き
上げ、かつクランクをゆるめて中央部刃型5によ
りブランクを分割する。この場合、刃型4,5,
6はそれぞれブランクの天及び地を形成するよう
にしたものである。

6を具備せしめておくもので、この刃型4と6は
片刃で、中央の刃型は両刃とし、刃型4は和封筒
等の地の形に合わせて成形し、刃型6は同様に天
の形に合わせて成形し両刃の刃型5は隣接され、
同時に天地抜が行われる2ブランクの隣接部で一
方のブランクの天と他方のブランクの地とを一体
に形成した形状とするものである。

行う。この時素材2は刃型4と6の外側方はクラ
ンプされていないため刃型降下に応じて刃先の角
度におされて刃型側方へ自然とずれ、刃型4,6
に異常な外力を作用させない。図中2cは両側の
刃型4,6により除去される側部除去部である。

刃型には素材打抜以外の外力がかからないため刃
先の変形がなく、積重ねた素材の上部と下部とに
於ての打抜きの寸法差はなく精度のよい打ち抜き
が行えるものとなる。

ンプしておくものとする。打抜き後テーブルを取
付位置Xまで後退させ製品と残紙の排出を行う。
このようにして帯状の素材より2ブランクもしく
は3ブランクを同時に打ち抜くものである。

も可能となる等の利点を有する。
