ガジンに関するものである。[Detailed Description of the Invention] Purpose of the Invention The present invention provides a suction head attached to the upper part of the magazine or a suction pipe attached to the center of the magazine with a U-shaped tube, so that the product can be kept waiting in the magazine. The end yarn of the pipe yarn passed through the hollow part of the bobbin is automatically transferred into the suction pipe through the U-shaped tube by using the movement of the drum of the winder during the knotting operation. The present invention relates to a winder magazine that increases the probability of automatically suctioning and gripping end yarns in an end yarn automatic suction and gripping device for guided suction.

We haven't reached that point yet.

Therefore, the reality is that not only the supply of yarn to the winder magazine but also the guiding and suction of the end yarn of the yarn to the suction head provided in the center of the magazine relies mostly on manual labor.

The pipe conveyor 21
1, the end yarn is passed through the hollow part of the bobbin by an appropriate method as shown in FIG. 2.
1 is inserted into the A section of the magazine 201. At position B, where the introduced pipe yarn falls to the drum side, there are
As shown in FIG. 5, a U-shaped tube 102-1 is provided at the upper part of the suction pipe 102, and a valve 102-2 is attached to the tip thereof. Further, at the bottom thereof, as shown in FIG. 6, there are thread gripping claws 103-1, 103-2 for gripping the top of the bobbin.
A yarn gripping device 103 consisting of the following is installed, and a yarn receiver 104 is installed on the bottom plate of the magazine 201. The tube yarn 301 is at the falling part B of the magazine 201
Just before that, the thread receiver 104 is placed in the magazine 2
The pipe thread 3 entered the floor of pocket B of 01.
01 is temporarily supported, and when the magazine 201 rotates by a certain angle, the yarn gripping device 103 as shown in FIG.
The pipe thread 301 is gripped by the pipe thread gripping device 103, and the pipe thread gripping device 103 is further raised. As the yarn gripping device 103 rises, the yarn 301 also rises, and while the top of the bobbin comes to the position where it comes into contact with the suction part of the U-shaped tube 102-1, the valve 102-2 is opened and the hollow part is closed. The end yarn is sucked into the U-shaped tube 102-1. While the bobbin thread 301 is gripped and raised, the bobbin receiver 104 is retracted, and the top of the bobbin comes into contact with the U-shaped tube 102-1 and further slips between the bobbin gripping part and the bobbin, as shown in FIG. The pipe thread then slips out of the pipe gripping section, falls down, and is supplied to the drum. When the fallen pipe thread is connected with the knotter, the valve 102
-2 is closed. (Hereinafter, this method will be referred to as the conventional method.) This conventional method of automatically sucking end yarn requires a valve opening/closing device, a yarn gripping lifting device, a yarn receiver actuating device, etc. compared to a manual magazine. This will require a large amount of equipment cost. This is a major reason why it is not put into practical use.

いる。 On the other hand, if a U-shaped tube 2a as shown in Figs. 7 to 10 is attached to the suction head 203a, and the suction head 203a rotates from the state shown in Fig. 7 or 9 to the state shown in Fig. 8 or 10, The suction port 203-1a at the suction head section opens, and at this time the suction port 203-1a at the tip of the U-shaped tube
is aligned with the center of pocket C, which is one position before the position B where the bobbin yarn falls to the drum side, so the end yarn of the bobbin thread that has been passed through the hollow part of the bobbin is automatically removed. A method in which the suction head 203a is gripped by guided suction (hereinafter referred to as improved method 1)
(hereinafter referred to as improved method 2), a method in which the suction pipe 202b moves up and down to suction and grip the end yarn at pocket C as shown in FIGS. 11 to 13 (hereinafter referred to as improved method 2), FIGS. 14 to 15 As shown in the figure, the U-shaped tube 2c is fixed to the pocket C, and the lower end of the suction pipe 202c is connected to the front side of the valve installation position of the suction pipe (not shown) on the cheese side. The method of sucking and gripping the end thread of the pipe thread in the suction port 2c-1 (hereinafter referred to as improved method 3), or the 16th to 17th method
As shown in the figure, a valve 2-2d is attached to a U-shaped tube 2d, and the valve 2-2d is opened and closed during knotting work to suction and hold the end yarn at the suction port 2-1d (hereinafter referred to as improved method 4). ) etc. are being considered.

題を有している。 Improvement method 1 according to the shape and system of the winder
If methods like 4 to 4 are used, the suction device at the top of the magazine will be very simple, but on the other hand, since the end of the yarn is not lifted up when suctioning the end yarn, the suction device at the top of the magazine will be connected to the bottom of the magazine as shown in Figure 18. (Bobbin) The end thread of the tube passed through the hollow part of the bobbin is often caught between the lower ends of the bobbin. Since the end yarn cannot be guided and suctioned, even if the yarn is dropped and fed to the winder drum side, a knotting error will occur, and the yarn will be discharged as a full yarn to the empty bobbin conveyor, which will reduce the operating rate of the winder. This has the problem of causing a decline.

A notch G is provided in the shape of an elongated hole on the radius of curvature centered on the rotation center of the magazine with a width slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the bottom of the bobbin in the tube thread support part at the bottom of the magazine between the length of the magazine 201. While the end yarn of the introduced pipe yarn moves from part A to part C, it changes from the state shown in Fig. 18 to the state shown in Fig. 19, that is, the state shown in Fig. 20.
After the end thread is brought into the state shown in the figure, the end thread is held by suction. By doing so, the above-mentioned problem is solved. In the present invention, instead of providing an elongated hole-shaped notch at the bottom of the magazine as in the above example, two round rods or similar rod-shaped notches 201-

However, as a result, automation can be achieved at an extremely low cost compared to conventional end yarn suction automation equipment, and it has become highly effective in practical use.
