When the roof is floated using compressed air, the temporary roof must be separated from the roof and disposed of after the floated roof is installed. In the dismantling work of such a temporary roof, each member of the temporary roof is individually disassembled in the upper part of the tank, and each member is suspended using a chill hole, a winch, or the like.

欠点がみられる。 However, this method of dismantling a temporary roof requires work within a narrow hanging scaffold, and mutual communication is very inconvenient, leading to uneven transmission of instructions and a lack of smooth work. Having a large number of people working at heights on suspended scaffolding is not desirable from a safety standpoint to prevent accidents, and there are disadvantages such as the time and effort required for dismantling the scaffolding.

吊降ろし方法を提供することにある。 Therefore, an object of the present invention is to eliminate such drawbacks by separating the entire temporary roof used for roof floating from the roof in an annular shape after the completion of the roof installation and suspending it from the bottom. To provide a method for suspending a temporary roof on a flat-bottomed cylindrical tank, which reduces work at heights by dismantling each member individually, improves safety, prevents accidents, and shortens work time. There is a particular thing.

がある。 First, the method of assembling the roof by floating it with compressed air involves installing a temporary rafter around the roof that has been preassembled on the bottom using pillars, supporting this temporary rafter with side supports on the side panels, and then suspending the temporary rafter. A temporary roof is provided to cover the rafters, and a seal plate is used to maintain airtightness between the roof and the side panels. Compressed air is sent under the roof to float the roof, and at a predetermined position, the top of the side panels is connected to the knuckle plate. The method of joining and connecting is to erect end supports on the annular boards, install temporary rafters on top of these, assemble the roof as a roof frame holder, cover the temporary rafters to form a temporary roof, and attach the side plates and There is a method of assembling by installing a seal plate to make the gap airtight, floating the roof, and connecting it with the nutkl plate.

The temporary roof hanging method can be equally applied to both the roofs of FIGS. 1 and 2, and only the structure of the temporary roof is slightly different between the two.

て外に搬出して作業が完了する。 As shown in Figures 1 and 2, in the construction of a flat-bottom cylindrical tank whose roof is floated and assembled using compressed air, temporary rafters 11 and 11' are covered to form temporary roofs 10 and 10', and the side panels are 2, 2' is kept airtight by seal plates 14, 14',
Compressed air is sent under the roofs 6, 6' that are integrated with the temporary roof to raise the roofs 6, 6', and the side panels 2,
After assembling the roofs 6, 6' by connecting and connecting the nut plates 4, 4' at the top of the roofs 2', the metal wheels 2 are attached to the ends of the roof frames 7, 7'. A wire rope 24 is provided on the metal wheel 22 on the bottom plates 3, 3' directly below the bottom plate, and a chill hole 25 is provided near the center of the bottom plate. One end of these wire ropes 24 is attached to the temporary roof 10, 10'. When the preparation is completed in this way, the roof 6, which is connected to the knuckle plates 4, 4' of the side plates 2, 2', respectively,
Cut off the temporary roofs 10, 10' along the periphery of the roof 6' while keeping them in a ring shape. The temporary roofs 10, 10', which are cut into one piece in an annular shape, are assembled into an annular temporary roof 10, 1 by chill hall workers working at the same place under the direction of a conductor located approximately in the center of the bottom plate.
0' can be suspended in parallel while maintaining balance. In this way, temporary roofs 10, 10' are placed on the bottom plate.
Once it has been lowered, each member is disassembled as appropriate and carried outside to complete the work.

すことができる等の利点が得られる。 In this way, according to the temporary roof hanging method of the present invention, high-place work on the internal hanging scaffolding 26 can be carried out on the temporary roof.
0 and 10' from the roof 6 and 6', and the temporary roof dismantling is done on the ground, greatly reducing work at heights, and eliminating the need for large numbers of workers to work at heights, which improves safety. The temporary roof 10 is suitable and can prevent accidents, and is detached.
10' can be carried out at the same location by the conductor and the chill-hole worker, which facilitates communication and shortens the work time. In addition, when suspending a temporary roof, it is preferable to proceed with the work while constantly monitoring the overall level of the annular integral temporary roof using a measurer installed in advance on the inside of the side plate. Even in the case where the level is partially shifted, the advantage is that the operation of the chill hole can be controlled and corrected, and the hanging can be carried out in a suitable manner.
