れて導体2に接触する栓刃12とを備えたプラグ
10によつて行なつている。そしてこのプラグ1
0及び配線ダクト1を介して電気機器のアースを
とれるようにする場合には配線ダクト1の内面に
絶縁被覆4を除いたコア3の露出部5を形成して
おき、またプラグ10には絶縁基台11の上端中
央からアース棒13を突出させておき、アース棒
13をコア3の露出部5に接触させることでアー
スをとつていた。ここでアース棒13とコア3の
露出部5との間の接触圧は、アース棒13に上方
に突出するばね弾性を付与することで得ることに
なるが、従来においては第2図〜第4図に示すよ
うな構造としていた。すなわち2つ割りで構成さ
れる絶縁基台11に一対の栓刃収納スペース1
5,15と、両者の間に位置するアース棒収納ス
ペース16とを形成するとともに、アース棒収納
スペース16の下方にアース端子収納スペース1
7を設け、そして各栓刃収納スペース15,15
に栓刃12,12を、アース棒収納スペース16
には直線状のアース棒13を、アース端子収納ス
ペース17にはばね性を有して一端上面にアース
棒13の下端が当接するアース端子14を収納
し、アース端子14のばね性で接触圧が得られる
ようにしていた。ところで、配線ダクト1におけ
るプラグ10の係止面である開口部内面からコア
3の露出部5までの寸法lと、アース棒13とア
ース端子14との第4図に示す組み合せ寸法Hに
はいずれもばらつきがあることから、上記構造で
あるとアース棒13上端が露出部5に接触してい
る時のアース棒13下端とアース端子14との接
触状態は、第4図に想像線で示すように一定せ
ず、安定した接触を得られないものであり、また
上記ばらつきを見込んだばね性をアース端子14
にもたせるためにアース端子14の図中C寸法を
大きくしておかなくてはならないが、これが各栓
刃12,12に設けた刃受ばね18と、アース端
子14に設ける刃受ばね19との間の規格寸法M
よりもかなり大きくなるために、プラグ10全体
の大型化を招く原因となる。
