本発明は、アルミニウム等からなる押出型材に
おけるビスホールピースの取付構造に関するもの

面形状になるため、ビスホール付きの押出型材に

片2を、第1図bは突出部3の先端に円弧状のひ

これらのひれ片2、突出部3が長手方向全長に連
続して形成される。ところがビスホールはビス結
合という目的からすれば押出型材の端部にのみあ
ればよく、その他の部分は無駄である(但し補強
の効果はある)。このビスホール部分の断面積は
型材全体の断面積の数%に及び、それだけ材料が
無駄に費やされている。この問題を解消するため
別体のビスホールピースを作つておき、これを型
材端部にビス止めする方法も提案されているが、
このような手段は型材に孔加工等を施さなければ
ならず、加工、取付けが面倒であるばかりでな
く、ビスホールを完全になくしてしまうと、型材
全体の強度が小さくなり、そのため型材全体の厚
みを増加させなければならず、結局材料節減の効

ブ6のフランジ部6bを円弧部8a内に係合させ
た後、ロツク部材10をフランジ部6aと円弧部

にロツク部材を嵌め込み、前記押出型材と前記ビ
スホールピースとを一体的に固着するようにした
ので、ビスホールを全長にわたつて形成した従来
のものに比して大幅に材料の節減ができると共
に、押出型材には何等加工を施す必要がなく、又
ビスホールピースの取付け操作も簡単でかつ高い
取付強度が得られると共に、リブは押出型材自体
の補強にも寄与するため、ビスホールを全長に形
成しないにも係わらず強度が低下することがない
